Disappointing stay.
Pros:

The breakfast was great. There is always a good selection of foods to choose from.

I have stayed at this location 6 or 7 times and have always been pleased that it is a quiet hotel. Not so this time and even though I called down to the desk, the staff did nothing. There were several kids on the 3rd floor where we were. They were approximately - 8 to 12 years old. They were running up and down the hallway. Screaming at each other and banging on the doors. I called down to the desk at 10:10 pm and the noise continued until almost 11:30 pm. I don't know where the parents were, but the parents did nothing. My husband went out in the hallway at 11:15 pm when the banging on the doors began and told them to knock it off and go to bed. They finally quieted down around 11:30 pm. Very disappointing and unnecessary.

I liked the hot free breakfast.

Cons:

Dirty.

I originally had room 212 but I had to ask for my first room to be changed because my door was open AND there was no shower curtain in the bathroom.
In room 208 it had a shower curtain but was dirty.

Someone else's hair was on the shower wall. Gross.

We've stayed here many times. Very clean. Nice staff at check in.

Cons:

Seemed very noisy this stay. Our room had a remodel since our last stay. A walk in shower. No one thought to put any grab bars or towel rack to hang on to while in it. Poor lighting in the bathroom too. One light was bright and other dim making it difficult to see.

I will never stay at a Sleep Inn again.
Pros:

Nothing.

Cons:

The staff was very unfriendly. The shower head was hanging of the wall and the sink faucet was not properly installed and there were red stains on the bathroom floor. The room smelled like chlorine.

It was good enough
Pros:

Everything was as expected for the budget. The breakfast was ok. The rooms were clean. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The beds were uncomfortable. The pool was so heavily chlorinated that the kids were out in 10 minutes.

breakfast, hbo max, very clean and nice. the gentlemen that works the desk on weekends is a saint. gaming machines and laundry are awesome points as well

beds are not soft, needs softer better sleep beds, i mean it is a sleep inn for godsakes, beds and pillows should be their best attribute. also the pool is never open so why have it. GET BETTER BEDS AND PILLOWS! AND DON'T TEASE WITH A POOL YOU CAN NOT USE! The hotel slogan is all about good sleep and dreams but have sub par beds and pillows, it just doesn't make sense.

Cons:

Se excedieron con la cantidad de cloro en la piscina, nos dañó los trajes de baño y me causó picazón en el cuerpo, el aire de la habitación no servía pero bueno nos cambiaron de cuarto, esperé mucho más la verdad no me volvería a hospedar en este lugar.
