Will definitely stay there again when I have business in SE Queens to attend to.
Pros:

Very convenient for the airport. It’s a tidy, well kept hotel. Excellent attention from staff. Beds were comfortable. WiFi was easy. Fair price for NYC market. We were not flying ourselves, so we didn’t use the shuttle. Free parking. Many flight crews stay here. Also has a lounge room upstairs if
you want some quiet time outside of your room.

Cons:

Continental breakfast was unremarkable. Free parking was not easy, but doable for a large SUV. Physical address is 300 feet from Queens line, and its vibe is industrial NYC, not Long Island. Not a lot to walk to, but I walked to Stop and Shop anyway, and it was fine.

Pros:

j'ai apprécié la propreté et le côté cosy ainsi que les glaçons, l'eau, le thé et le café à disposition (il fallait aller le chercher au rez-de-chaussée).
Il y a aussi des machines à laver et sèche-linge dans l'hotel mais nous n'avons pas eu besoin de les utiliser.
Malgré que l'hotel soit à côté d'une route principale, nous n'avons pas eu de nuisance sonore.
La chambre était spacieuse et le lit était confortable.

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner était trop sommaire et le seul endroit où manger était dans le lobby. Je suis surprise qu'il n'y ait pas une zone dédiée. Il n'y avait rien de chaud. Nous avons simplement quelques céréales, english muffins et bagels. Pas de fruits.
Il faudrait également que certaines choses soient remises à neuf (papier peint dans les chambres, amélioration des salles de bain, ascenseur présentant des coups). Ca dénote comparé au lobby à l'entrée.

Served our purpose but won’t return in the future

Generally the receptionist was pleasant and the hotel room size is large and clean

Cons:

Airport pickup took 1 hour at 7:45pm. The hotel is 4 miles from JFK, and rush hour was over hours ago. When the driver came it took 10 minutes to get to the hotel. No reason why it took so long for a pickup. Also the bathroom is a simple residential tub bathroom with a shower head that was so cheap only a small stream of water came out of the head. You can’t call it a shower if there’s only a small stream of water coming from the head. Also, neighborhood was not safe to walk and get food, especially at night.
