Atenção e presteza fazem a diferença, mas não suprem tudo.
Pros:

Tinha formigas nos quartos. Precisei até trocar de quarto. O atendimento prontamente auxiliou nisso mudando de quarto. Sobre a assistência não há o que dizer, mas as condições do local não são tão satisfatórias. Com certeza o atendimento resolutivo foi o ponto alto. O chuveiro quente também muito bom.

Cons:

O quarto muito cheiro de mofo e formigas.

Localização boa, na rota entre o aeroporto e as praias. Colchão bom, lençóis e toalhas relativamente boas, de acordo com o esperado pelo valor da diária. Bom custo benefício.
