Pros:

The friendly staff, the location, the room, the breakfast, the facilities provided by the hotel.

Cons:

Only the apps like Netflix and others were not working, despite I asked for the maintenance personnel to fix it. But in Rio, one doesn’t need to watch TV so much and I have a very bad cellphone.

Cons:

Um dos hospedes teve de mudar de quarto a meio. Havia muito barulho de uma máquina de ar condicionado.

Depois, na quarta-feira, mudaram-no para outro quarto, num andar mais alto e, a meio da noite nesta última noite, teve uma surpresa desagradável ao encontrar várias baratas na casa de banho. Avisou a receção e foi a governanta lá e confirmou - saiu nesse momento.
