No luxury, modest an a bit worn out hotel
Pros:

Location near the park and very close to central market was good

Cons:

Cleanliness issues, especially bathroom, the sc ktchenette and sorry to say, the floors. Socks were absolutely another color after one evening, but I was happy to not have been barefeet.

It feels more like a budget hotel than a four star, was quite disappointed
Pros:

The staff are nice

Cons:

The air conditioning wasn’t working, we changed room three time in one night cause of faults in the rooms
The property seems as though it was shutting down

Location absolutely perfect, space in the room, very nice staff and manager.

Cons:

Very old school hotel, old carpets, old room, old bathroom equipment, it Needs renovation.
In the shower the water was going from cold to hot without changing the temperature, I believe the heating device needs renovation too.
Cigaret allowed in the rooms, the neighbors smoked a lot and it smelled in the corridor and at the door of our room.

Ottimo hotel in posizione centrale
Pros:

Hotel in posizione molto comoda e centrale, a 10 minuti a piedi dalla Medina.
Camera ampia e molto pulita.
Staff gentilissimo.

Cons:

La terrazza della mia camera non era per nulla curata, un vero peccato visto che era enorme e con delle potenzialità.
Le parti comuni avrebbero forse bisogno di un rinnovamento.

Grande chambre bien équipée avec kitchenette

Cons:

-1er jour/ chambre 601 : Problème ouverture chambre avec badge + Enorme cafard sur rideaux + 1 serviette pour 2 .
- 2em jour : Chambre 402 : Pas de climatisation, intervention, coupure générale à trois repises (re changement chambre...)
- 2em au 5em jour : Chambre 401 : C'est mieux, mais problèmes multiple d'ouverture avec badge, serviettes manquantes (1fois)
- Demande du paiement de la taxe séjour lors de notre départ alors qu'elle avait déjà été réglée à notre arrivée.
- Orgueil mal placée du personnel d'accueil à la limite de l'impolitesse.

My stay was great and I cannot speak enough of how impressive the owner and staff are.
Pros:

The staff was exceptional and very helpful. The location is within walking distance to restaurants, ATMS, a nice park, and landmarks. Transportation from the hotel was easy. The room was spacious.

Cons:

There were a few minor things in the hotel room that needed small repair, but they were aesthetic and did not hinder my stay.

Muito agradável e bem localizado.
Pros:

Localização perfeita, muito central, fácil para táxi, tramway, perto da estação de trem e de lojas, calçadão, etc. Suíte espaçosa, quase um apartamento! Cama confortável, banheiro enorme, tudo limpinho. Os funcionários prestativos e simpáticos. Café da manhã farto, muito bom para começar o dia cheio de energia para descobrir a cidade. O hotel tem um spa também. Recomendo.

O que poderia ter sido melhor? Foi tudo certinho.

Excellente suite. Je recommande.
Pros:

Suite spacieuse et propre, literie confortable. Personnel super attentionné et professionnel. Un petit déjeuner copieux dans une ambiance calme. L'emplacement est idéal, en face d'un parc, devant le tramway et proche de tout. Je reviendrai.
