* Arrivals expected in the morning, before the regular check-in time (ECI), pre-registration will be necessary, which guarantees the availability of the apartment upon the guest's arrival and will imply a full charge of one more night. For check-outs before 6:00 pm, we will charge an additional 50% (LCO) of the full daily rate and 100% (LCO) for departures after 6:00 pm. Cafe da manha com custo beneficio péssimo.
Fiquei decepcionada com o fato de não ter o café da manhã incluído na reserva.
Não é a primeira vez que isso ocorre. Fiquei constrangida, porque fiz reserva para um casal da família e o fato de não ter café da manhã foi muito chato.

A limpeza nos quartos é demorada e meu boc estava vazando água.
Gostamos exatamente de tudo. O hotel tem um atendimento 5 estrelas, desde a entrada, passando pelo balcão de atendimento, restaurante (toda a equipe), pessoal da limpeza, arrumação, seguranças. A nossa empresa está presente em 22 Estados do país e podemos afirmar categoricamente que nunca presenciamos um atendimento nesse nível e padrão de qualidade. Um ambiente excelente, sentimos-nos como em nossa casa no Rio de Janeiro. Recomendo muito que vivam essa experiência.

Gostamos de tudo, ótima localização, limpeza perfeita, café da manhã excelente, enfim tudo no hotel é perfeito.

Da localização e do café da manhã. Os funcionários do café da manhã são muito simpáticos.
O barulho a noite do pessoal fazendo limpeza dos outros quartos. Sinceramente, não faz sentido nenhum arrumar quarto naquele barulho após as 22h.
Quarto e camas confortáveis. Mas não tem nada demais no hotel.
Чисто, близко к пляжу, достаточно безопасно, разнообразный завтрак, за доплату сделали апгрейд до номера побольше, тк в изначально забронированном номере даже чемодан негде было разложить
