Clean and excellent location near great restaurants and bars.
Pros:

Excellent location. Very walkable with lots of great dining options close by. The room was very clean and we enjoyed both pools.

Cons:

Felt the staff could have been friendlier. For instance, we read reviews saying there were beach towels available for the pool and there were other properties where amenities could be shared. We did not get towels or this information. Also I definitely would appreciate more light in the vanity/sink area. It was very dark making it hard to do hair or makeup. But overall we enjoyed our stay and plan on staying there again soon.

Friendly Accommodating Staff
Pros:

We only stayed two nights on way as a stopover for one night on a bigger trip and on the way back we stayed one night. The staff was friendly although we had trouble reaching them part of the time, but when we did they were helpful. Place was very clean and met our needs pretty much. Location was good as it was close to the beach and restaurants. Not high season and so pretty quiet and the price was reasonable. We had a small refrigerator and a microwave. The staff recommended a great pizza place, so we had a delivery and it was good.

Cons:

The second night, our room must have just been sprayed by exterminator and I am very sensitive to pesticides and we had to ask for another room. After making a few calls we were assisted by a staff member who gave us another more satisfactory room. Resort could use some updating.

Clean and Good location
Pros:

The location was good and close by for a hotel which i think was associated with the Aqua where we had a superb breakfast, it is also close by for the beach

Cons:

We were only there one night on our journey up to Orlando so i can't comment on that, but i have to say the Staff were very friendly and the room had all the facilities we required
