Excelente servicio y limpieza
Pros:

Muy limpio y la atención excelente , nos dieron recomendaciones para conocer la ciudad y visitar otras ciudades desde ahí. La comida del desayuno excelente.

Excellent Location and Hotel was comfotable
Pros:

Amazing location of the hotel and accessible to walk all part of Sorrento. Attic Suite was very spacious for x3- 4 guests. Clean and functional with a small sky terrace
Great varied breakfast and staff were very friendly and helpful

Cons:

Overall nothing not too like ...

Some comments to improve :
Bedside lamps in the 2nd bedroom would have been helpful and also prefer actual beds and not pull out bed for better comfort for 3rd/4th guest if advertised for 3-4 persons
Hook for towel near sink in bathroom
Also extra cups if the room is booked for more than x2 persons

Overall, the hotel is wonderful with a great central location.
Pros:

Fabio from the reception was very kind and responsive, he helped us with ideas and information.

Cons:

The breakfast room is divided into two floors and it is a bit inconvenient to go up to the second floor to have breakfast on steep stairs and come down for salt or something else from the first floor. The other option is to wait for someone to have breakfast from the first floor and sit at a table on the first floor.

Great location, broken aircon and dirty bathroom.
Pros:

Fantastic location just minutes from all the main sights in Sorrento.

Cons:

The air conditioning in our room did not work - would just blow out warm air. After bringing this to the attention of the staff, fans were provided as a temporary measure, which helped with airflow but not temperature (upwards of 25 celcius in the room). The promise to fix the air con never materialised. Bathroom fixtures (taps, shower) were dirty and covered in limescale.

Pros:

Beautiful property in an excellent location in the heart of town. Easy walk to the train and ferry, near plenty of restaurants and shops and gelato. Super friendly staff were very kind, accommodating and helpful. They helped us book a tour to Agriturismo Il Turuziello. Breakfast was wonderful, with lots of options.

Gostei bastante da localização do hotel, que é excelente — próximo à estação de trem e também da rua principal, com várias opções de comércios e restaurantes. O quarto estava em boas condições, era limpo, confortável e o prédio conta com elevador, o que facilita bastante a estadia.

Cons:

Por outro lado, alguns pontos deixaram a desejar. A iluminação que entrava pela claraboia deixava o quarto muito claro logo pela manhã, o que pode atrapalhar o descanso. Também houve dificuldade em isolar o barulho da rua. Além disso, a função de resfriamento do ar-condicionado não funcionava. No café da manhã, dependendo do horário, as opções eram limitadas e itens como ovos e bacon frequentemente estavam frios — um aspecto que poderia ser significativamente melhorado.
