According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If the minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it will be necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents.

All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents. We emphasize that the contracted daily rate covers a 24-hour period, with check-in from 2:00 PM and check-out by 12:00 PM. The interval of up to 3 hours between guest departure and arrival is provided for in MTur Ordinance No. 28 and is intended exclusively for cleaning, sanitization, and tidying of the unit, ensuring the maintenance of our standard of excellence.

Não gostou o fato de ter pedido cama extra e a mesma não estava montada, meu chekin foi as 02:09 da manhã, muitos transtornos

Na reserva de muita antecedência pedi uma. Cama extra, chegando no quarto a mesma não estava montada, fato que surpreendeu até o atendente do chekin. Tive problemas com ar condicionado, os quartos foram limpos as 17 horas depois de insistir, e simplesmente não consegui usar o HI-FI do hotel, não conectava m.

Bom Hotel
Pros:

O hotel possui um boa estrutura, atendimento solícito, academia equipada e quartos com um bom tamanho. A localização é ótima. Realmente muito próximo do Manauara Shopping. O quarto possui ferro, tábua de passar, amenities no banheiro e wifi estável. O café da manhã é bem variado e saboroso. Fiquei hospedada por 5 dias e a cada dia tinha uma novidade no café da manhã. O serviço de quarto também foi bom, e atendeu as expectativas.

Cons:

Acredito que o banheiro precise passar por uma reforma. Rejuntes bastante sujos e a iluminação não é das melhores.
