The best staff I’ve ever encountered staying in Panama City

Cons:

Sand in the bed first thing with clean sheets how is this possible? We had rainy days. The television is so small and outdated.
Looks like they let Ray Charles paint our room
$15 a day parking fee added last minute and parking is ridiculous

It was ok. Price didn’t reflect comfort as it should have.

On the beach. Great balcony. Great location

Cons:

$15 a day to park. Had to park across the street in a separate parking lot. Staff let certain guests park in places that wasn’t a parking lot. Coffee is horrible. No breakfast

My First night i had stains everywhere, floors, doors, bed sheets and bed bugs. Switched rooms and had a massive spider web on the corner of the wall by my bed. Third night had a spider web behind my night stand and multiple roaches and a spider walk on the wall behind my bed frame.

I was told id get first night refund and parking (45 dollar hidden fee) refunded.


There were also tons of weird instances. I want my money back ASAP.

I CAME HERE FOR A IRONMAN RACE AND HAD 3 HOURS OF SLEEP FRIDAY NIGHT BECAUSE OF THIS ALL.

Ok for quick beach trip, not long term stay, atmosphere not for children.
Pros:

The room location was good. It was a short walk to the beach and pool, and the tiki bar was right outside our door. The bathroom did supply shampoo and body wash in the dispenser and that was a nice touch.

Cons:

The hotel room itself was rather small to be a "deluxe queen". The carpet in the room needs attention, as it's old and needs cleaning, or completely removed. Only two bath towels were provided in the bathroom, for a 2 night stay for 2 people, no extras. Parking is a bit snug, and a hassle, and you have to pay 15.00 extra per night for parking pass.

I loved how close and convenient it was to everything. The tiki bar was nice to have. The beach access was easy to get to. The pillows were very comfortable.

Cons:

Our door lock did not work properly. The pool was dirty by the 3rd day we were there. The walls in the room needed to be painted and the floors needed to be replaced or cleaned better. We also had some spiders in the bathroom while we were there. I could feel the springs in the mattress.

The young woman at the front desk DURNING THE DAY, was the best part of our visit.

Weekend day front desk staff (young woman) was the best part of our stay. She was very helpful, welcoming, and pleasant every time we encountered her.

Cons:

Our room was not available to check in when we arrived. The disgusting stained bathroom walls. The bed didn't have a mattress pad. The bed was made incorrectly (full size fitted sheet on a queen size bed, flat sheet on bed horizontally instead of vertically. There is a top to the flat sheet. It has the thicker edge.) Two - ONLY TWO threadbare bath towels. Black mold growing on shower bench. Ripped "sheet?" shower curtain that bearly reached the tub, so the floor stayed wet. Only one coffee cup. There was nowhere to plug the coffee maker in either. Lacking in outlets. TV extremely small. Remote didn't work first night. Broken or detached tile in the bathroom. The refrigerator froze everything we put in it. Oh! And I got a straight pin in my foot while walking around the sand area where the swings are. You know the swings hanging next to the bar that wasn't open, on a weekend.

Horrible filthy disgusting
Pros:

It was so bad it was filthy. The manager did change our rooms, but it was more filthy and more broke down. The drapes were falling off the windows it was so nasty. Disgusting it smelled like urine and smoke. Both rooms did the windows had fingerprints and all types of different massive felt on them where they haven’t been cleaned. I had been going there for years and I assure you it has never been that rundown. It was purely disgusting.

Cons:

It was very dirty disgustingly dirty cannot believe I paid almost $1000 for me and my grandkids to stay in that room never again
