Bikini Beach Resort

i paid for a room advertised as 1 king bed w/ an ocean view then upon arrival was sent to a room w/ no ocean view , got charged an extra $90 for a room upgrade , then got sent to a room the size of a jail cell w/ a terrible , obstructed ocean view. after declining the first 2 rooms i was finally gicen a double queen room on the 3rd floor w a great view and everything was great after that !!

We were in room 116 and we address staff about the weed smell coming in our room and nothing was done and then there were roaches that were up by the ceiling. We went to the front desk and they move us rooms at 1am. By 11 am there was a new person in that room. In our new room our ceiling was dripping, my clothes were wet we could not set anything on table, and our bed was wet. We went down to the front desk again and they said they would send someone and they never came. The next day we checked out and I asked them about it and they said it was in the group chat so someone should of came by. I told them again no one came. We were not happy. The employees were no help

Having to pay $15/day for parking when I have already booked and paid for a room on the property. Poor Wi-Fi connection.

The room I booked, I did not receive, was then told it was all full and I was pretty much stuck with a smaller room then I paid for. The door also wouldn’t shut properly due to rust, we came back to the room multiple times with the door being able to open just by the handle no key needed. Also the whole facility had a dirty feel to it. Also I got better TV at my grandparents house in 2002 then this place, half the channels didn’t work and the ones that did the picture was so bad you could barely see what you were watching anyway.. the staff was friendly, they were just doing there job, the owners and managers need to do better..

It just needs a little updating

The room was very damp, the beds felt wet had to get a fan to dry things out, wasn’t comfortable sleeping in

Staff was not friendly. Had to pay extra to park, which was across the road most of the time...... Really?? We arrived one hour early and the front desk staff rudely told us it would be an additional $40 to check in, so we walked around for an hour. $15/day to park......!! This blows me away! I'm paying to stay at their hotel and they want extra just to park..... Pick a better hotel.......

The floors and walls had cracks and mold. The furniture was way outdated; beds were very uncomfortable. Will not stay here again. They website was misleading with updated rooms and new furniture and that was not the case.

Rooms are outdated for sure. Wifi didn't work but for about an hour total. A charge for parking that's $15 a night that you are there and they don't list it online anywhere.

I entered my room and I did not need a key but the door didn't work pictures of Ocean view. I paid over $400 a night to look at a building
