Pleasant and comfortable stay. I would definitely go back.
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and helpful.
There was one particular waiter at bfast , his name is Sargis, he was excellent. His demeanour, his pleasant personality just going above and beyond is service. The picture of hospitality at its finest.

Cons:

Well we booked a twin sharing with a sofabed n the amenities for the bathroom was all for one like just one tooth brush. So some improvement can be made there.

Good and comfortable
Pros:

Cleanliness and it was cosy unlike huge hotels

Cons:

Not easy to get service at the lounge as no staff was stationed there in the day time.

Surprising 4 star treatment close to international standards in Kuantan
Pros:

Beds were good, shower pressure good, overall room was very comfortable.

A little bit of mould in shower, but not too noticeable.

Pros:

Gemütliche Zimmer, zu zweit auch geräumig genug. Das Frühstücksbüffet war abwechslungsreich und das Personal sehr freundlich.

Fußläufig sind auch einige nette Restaurants zu finden.

Cons:

Teilweise haben die Gäste am Pool ihre leeren Becher und Müll einfach liegen lassen. So auch benutzte Handtücher. Zwar finde ich das ein Fehlverhalten der Gäste, aber an der Stelle hätte das Personal etwas mehr hinterher sein können und entweder die Gäste darauf hinweisen oder es entsprechend weg räumen.

Die Außentoilette am Pool war wirklich “kein schöner Ort”…

Der TV im Zimmer ist sehr veraltet, kein Smart-TV (wer darauf Wert legt).

Cons:

The breakfast spread was decent. However, as it was a busy long weekend, the hotel should have anticipated the crowd and assigned more staff to the dining area. There was also no one stationed at the entrance to check the number of guests entering.
