It was okay but definitely not as expected
Pros:

The location was good. All the other things were average and some below average.

Cons:

Staff took too long time to find my reservation and check-in experience was bad. It was really disappointing that basic facility such as shower was not available. I turned on the shower in the morning but there was no water supply. Later I visited the breakfast buffet which had several items but taste was just average. Only the hotplate foods were satisfactory. In the hotel room coffee was available and I ordered coffee creamer, it took almost 3 hours for the staff to bring coffee creamer. Later I needed just a pair of scissors and they informed me that they will look into the matter. After several hours they informed me that they do not have scissors.

Comfortable and nice stay
Pros:

The hotel is very well located in case you are working in DQ. The staff are very friendly and the hotel is clean, very nice and varied breakfast and even a good variety of food in the restaurant for dinner or lunch.
The rooms are spacious and well equipped. The gym is clean and has enough equipment.
There is even a Starbucks in the hotel.

Cons:

What is missing in the hotel though are the amenities in the room i.e. the sewing kit, cotton pads ...
