Bien con algo de sabor amargo

El buffet muy bueno, el personal excelente. Bonitas las piscinas.

Cons:

Cuando llegamos había moho en el aire acondicionado, se ve que no limpian eso desde hace tiempo, al igual que en todo el borde de la piscina. El aire en una mañana me lo limpiaron y parecía limpio, pero nos quedó la experiencia de dormir una noche respirando moho (lo cual daño un poco la estadía esa noche). Le falta mantenimiento parece a varias partes del hotel, aunque el agua se veía o sentía limpia Lo otro es que abarca demasiados huéspedes para el espacio tan pequeño dentro de la zona de piscinas.

L’emplacement.
C’est la seule chose de bien dans cet hotel.

Cons:

Très grosse déception pour cet hôtel. Nous avons payé 660 € pour un séjour qui était très loin de ce qui était annoncé plusieurs problèmes dans les chambres ( oui, car en 3 jours j’ai changé deux fois de chambres tellement c’était sale. ) éléments défectueux, problèmes d’entretien, poussière, climatisation défectueuse. câble électrique apparent au niveau de la porte donnant sur le patio, etc. Plusieurs problèmes ont été signalés et un technicien a dû intervenir. La seule solution : un ventilateur sous 35 degré LOL !

La piscine extérieure était fermée, alors qu’elle faisait partie des prestations qui nous avaient attirés. Nous avons également découvert que la piscine intérieure/spa était payante, ce qui n’était pas clairement indiqué au moment de notre réservation. Nous nous sommes donc retrouvés sans accès à la piscine intérieure sans supplément.

Nous avons payé pour des vacances et nous avons surtout dû signaler des problèmes, attendre des réparations et gérer des désagréments. Une véritable déception, surtout pour un établissement présenté comme un hôtel 4 étoiles.

L’hôtel était inondé quand il y a eu la pluie. Les ascenseurs étaient donc inutilisables ! Même les clients ont du aidé et sortir l’eau qu’il y avait avec des balais et des raclettes !!

ATTENTION LES FENÊTRES SONT PAS INSONORISANTES VOUS ÊTES EN PLEIN CENTRE VILLE DONC VOUS ENTENDEZ TOUT CE QU’IL SE PASSE A L’EXTÉRIEUR.

Bref,

Je déconseille fortement de réserver ici !

La hubicacion, cerca de la playa en una zona no muy macificada.

Cons:

La limpieza de habitacion La realizan muy tarde incluso despues de medio dia.
El restaurante si has pagado bufet libre, te quieren vender el agua increïble , que te vendan el vino o el tanto de verano lo acepto, pero el agua.
