L’hôtel ne mérite pas ces 4 étoiles. Bâtiment usagé et personnel d’accueil pas haut top. 3 ascenseurs pour tout l’hôtel une catastrophe.

Pros:

Great location central to everything beach shops nightlife . The main hotel reception was and welcoming

Cons:

The rooms where not very clean there was hair under the bed when I arrived and still there a week later when I left. Wouldn't have booked it if know it was all inclusive. Very busy with families and very loud

La posizione dell’hotel , personale molto gentile e il cibo

Cons:

La pulizia delle camere che non veniva fatta tutti i giorni..
Rifacevano solo il letto e non hanno mai cambiato le lenzuola in una settimana e i bagni non sono stati puliti per tre giorni .
Quando sono arrivata ho trovato patatine e peli nel bagno segno che nn è stato pulito e quando passavano cambiavano solo gli asciugamani ma il bagno non veniva fatto.

El hotel en general esta bien. Cerca de calle Zaragoza.

Comida esta buena.

Facilidad para aparcar en zona azul

Cons:

Apenas hay baños. Solo en la piscina, ni en recepcion ni en el restaurante.

Un poco alejado de la playa.

Habia poco turismo español.

Poca animacion en el hotel por las noches
