Las piscinas, el tener la playa al lado del hotel, el desayuno muy variado, las chicas animadoras muy simpáticas las niñas disfrutaron muchoo.
Clientes que colocan toallas en las tumbonas a primera hora de la mañana y desaparecen durante horas . Considero que deberían controlar esa situación, no Pocas sombrillas en las piscinas.
El equipo de animación, Lucia y Carmen, encantadoras, días entretenidos con aquagym, zumba, minidisco...

Me hubiera gustado q el hotel tuviera salida directa a la calle por la piscina.
La ubicación
No se merece las 4 estrellas por la suciedad de la habitación,la poca variedad en las cenas y se queda pequeño el tamaño de la piscina para tanta gente.
La comida excelente, con horario amplio, calidad y cantidad.
La limpieza es diaria. Ubicación muy buena.
Las personas reservan hamacas desde primera hora de la mañana y se van, cuando quieres una hamaca estan todas ocupadas, lo comunicamos en recepción, donde dijeron que lo comunicarían al director, sin dar solución. TENDRÍAN QUE TOMAR MEDIDAS, ESTO SOLO TRAE QUEDARSE SIN HAMACA O CONFLICTOS EN LA PISCINA..
Sobre todo el personal de recepción, muy amables y atentos.
El personal de limpieza son increíbles, dejan las habitaciones impecables, igualmente que las zonas comunes y el comedor.
El personal en el comedor son muy atentos y serviciales.
El buffet muy bueno, mucha variedad.
