Pros:

Una experiencia excelente. La comida estuvo muy rica y todo se encontraba limpio y bien cuidado. La vista es espectacular y el ambiente muy tranquilo, perfecto para descansar y desconectarse. Es un lugar bonito, acogedor y agradable en general. Sin duda, lo recomiendo.

Deze locatie is verlaten. Er is niemand, alleen deur van de receptie is open . Er ligt stof en een reserveringsboekje alsof het tijden geleden plotseling is verlaten??? Het telefoonnummer geeft een antwoordapparaat.

No me gustó para nada.
Pros:

Que el dueño estuvo pendiente de nosotros hasta que llegamos y se preocupó al inicio por resolver nuestro primer inconveniente

Cons:

Cuando llegamos no funcionó el agua caliente y tuvimos que esperar ya mojados y desvestidos que lo arrreglaran y se demoró unos 400min. Luego cuando ya nos pudimos n bañar el aire acondicionado no funcionaba y no nos atendieron más. Tuvimos que ir a recepción (quedaba medio lejos de la habitación) para que nos dirán solucion. Nos asignaron otra cabaña que si funcionaba todo pero tenía muchos bichos muertos en el cuarto y baño. Tenía telas de araña hojas secas y se notaba que esa cabaña tenía mucho tiempo que no la abrían.

Una Estancia Perfecta en un Paraíso Ecológico.
Pros:

Lo que más me encantó fue el entorno natural y las vistas espectaculares al océano desde mi cabaña. La tranquilidad y el diseño ecológico del lodge crearon un ambiente de total relajación y conexión con la naturaleza. El desayuno con frutas frescas y opciones locales también fue un excelente comienzo de día.

Cons:

Literalmente, no hubo nada que me desagradara durante mi estancia; todo fue perfecto. La experiencia de desconexión y la conexión con la naturaleza fueron maravillosas, convirtiendo cada momento en el lodge en un verdadero placer.

Cuando el prestigio pasado no se refleja en el presente

Lo único rescatable del lugar fue el paisaje y la naturaleza, tranquilidad había en el ambiente pero el servicio es lo que me dejó un mal sabor de boca y honestamente no volvería a ir.

Cons:

La experiencia en Azuluna Ecolodge resultó considerablemente insatisfactoria. El servicio presentó múltiples deficiencias, iniciando por la actitud poco cordial y carente de profesionalismo por parte del personal de cocina, lo cual afectó negativamente la estancia.

Asimismo, se evidenciaron fallas en la única tecnología disponible en la habitación, el sistema de aire acondicionado, cuyo mal funcionamiento nos obligó a posponer actividades planificadas hasta que se realizara la reparación correspondiente. Lamentablemente, al día siguiente el inconveniente volvió a presentarse, sin una solución definitiva.

Otro aspecto preocupante fue la limpieza de la habitación realizada sin previo aviso ni autorización, y en ausencia de algún miembro de nuestra familia, pese a que en el interior se encontraban objetos de valor, lo cual generó incomodidad e inseguridad.

Si bien el establecimiento cuenta con reconocimientos obtenidos hace más de una década, estos no se reflejan en la experiencia actual. Azuluna Ecolodge posee un notable potencial para ofrecer un entorno acogedor, estéticamente agradable y verdaderamente relajante; sin embargo, dicho potencial parece haber sido desaprovechado, evidenciando una falta de renovación y mejora continua que transmite una sensación de conformismo.

Es un hermoso ecolodge para descansar y disfrutar de buen servicio, con bellas vistas, deliciosa comida y comfort. Cerca de la hermosa playa Los Frailes y con una tranquila playa a pocos minutos para relajantes caminatas por la mañana. El desayuno fue excelente! Definitivamente volveré con familia en una siguiente oportunidad.

Great experience, delicious food and peacefully place
Pros:

I love Azuluna, it is a very peaceful and beautiful place. The rooms are clean and comfortable. I have tried large rooms with my family and individual suites for work and they always fulfill my expectations. Their workers are friendly and the food is delicious.
