We had a wonderful experience during our stay, and we would especially like to thank Ms. Aysel at the reception. She was incredibly supportive, kind, and professional throughout our visit. Her warm attitude and genuine care made us feel truly welcome and valued. The hotel itself was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, which added to our overall satisfaction. Everything was organized at a high level, and we truly appreciated the attention to detail. We are grateful for such excellent service and would gladly recommend this hotel to others.

Top service en top hotel voor een verblijf in Baku! 20 minuten van het centrum en goed bereikbaar. We hebben zelfs een gratis kamer upgrade gekregen van Fidan. Complimenten voor haar gastvrijheid en service!
