Reception staff were unwelcoming, unprofessional, and lacked transparency
Pros:

rooms seemed suspicious. Only the housekeeping ladies and the staff assisting with luggage were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the service did not meet expectations. The reception staff often seemed unwelcoming and moody. On several occasions, when approaching the desk, we were ignored with no greeting, smile, or acknowledgment. There was also a concerning lack of transparency regarding room availability, as it appeared that staff were deciding themselves who would be offered available rooms.

The room also had several maintenance issues. The bathroom door handle and lock were faulty, and despite making several requests to have them repaired, no action was taken. The curtains also kept falling down and were not properly fixed.

The breakfast experience was equally disappointing, as the restaurant staff were generally unfriendly and not welcoming.

Overall, the hotel needs significant improvement in customer service, staff attitude, maintenance response, and professionalism at both reception and the restaurant.
