Exceptionally clean and beautiful hotel with great staff.
Pros:

Me and my family booked a standard room, we went to Baku to attend my daughter’s graduation ceremony. We reached there to check in on 24th June midday and we were welcomed by a lovely lady named Fidan, she was so polite and friendly and when I told her that we were there to attend the Graduation Ceremony she upgraded our stay to a Suite room, which was so helpful for us.
The rooms are very neat, clean and quiet. The room service was excellent and the cleaning was done daily and I really wanted to appreciate the cleaning staff for their service. Overall we enjoyed staying at Qafqaz Baku, and will surely choose Qafqaz only if any of us visiting Baku again.

Cons:

Actually speaking, there is nothing to dislike, if needed to tell it may be only about the breakfast which was excellent but there were many Egg items rather than chicken or any other meat. I don’t eat meat so I enjoyed the egg varieties.

Pros:

Exceptional experience. Worth the money. Quiet reasonable price for the service.

Staff was nice , front desk Faidan and Fareed were supportive. They upgraded my room. Breakfast and restaurant food was delicious and reasonably priced.

Overall my experience was 10/10 for the money I spent.
