Pros:

Staff cordiale e sempre disponibile. Stanza spaziosa, luminosa, davvero bella e accogliente. Colazione a buffet fantastica se amate il salato, meno scelta nei dolci.

Cons:

Moquette da ripulire un pò. Dagli infissi fuori un pò troppo rumore dalla strada.

It was good but can be improved further.

Отель очень хороший,чисто,приветливый персонал,отдельное спасибо парню на ресепшен по имени Фарид,все объяснил,даже разрешил продлить проживание до вечера,спасибо большое за теплый прием.

I generally liked the hotel environment
Pros:

I had a pleasant stay at Qafqaz Baku City Hotel. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was enjoyable, and the staff were welcoming and professional. The bar and restaurant offered a good service, and the gym was adequate for a regular workout. Special thanks to Aysel for her excellent support and kindness during my stay.
