Pros:

Das Hotel ist wirklich gut, wir waren schon öfter hier. Personal sehr freundlich. Im Restaurant muss ich beim personal kleinere Abzüge machen. Hier ist der Standard nicht ganz 5 Sterne.
Küche super !!! Wie immer
Für andere nicht erzogene Gäste kann das Hotel nichts. Ich an ihrer stelle würde über adults only nachdenken.

Un séjour en famille avec un chien, à refaire.
Pros:

Le personnel était hyper attentionné, le restaurant autant de la piscine pour un snack que la fontana était délicieux et le parc à chien.

Perfect hotel for a weekend getaway with partner or family.
Pros:

We had a great time at the Hotel Belvedere Locarno. The hotel blends very nicely with the environment, and because we went in low season we could enjoy the swimming pool by our selves and had a great time there. The view from the hotel is also really nice. Breakfast had a very large selection.

Cons:

Nothing of notice, we had a great time during our weekend there.

A nice place to stay in Locarno
Pros:

1- A great location. Top of a hill with providing free shuttle transportation from and to the main train station. Also it is near to the middle funicular station for perfect visit to Mt. Cardada

2- Helpful staffs and great experience of checking in and out. Special thanks to Ms. Luna as she was very helpful in giving directions

3- Room was breathtaking with good view of the lake

4- Very delicious breakfast

Cons:

1- The bedsheet and pillow covers smell not good. Probably due to the type of laundry soap they use or they don’t dry the sheets properly. It was really smell not good to me

2- The massage therapist was not professional in doing massage. I felt very disappointed as I spent 171 swiss franc for having an 80 mins massage. I was really tired from my trip and expected a professional good massage. Staffs age and skill ls qualifications must be considered when hiring people working in the spa

Leckeres Frühstück. Sehr freundliches Personal. Lage sehr gut - Zentrum zu Fuß erreichbar.
Nachtisch im Restaurant war außergewöhnlich.

Cons:

Leider wurde unsere Tochter und auch andere Kinder während der ‘Familienbadezeit’ immer wieder vom Personal ermahnt leise zu sein - obwohl es ja extra ‘Adults-only’ Zeiten gab - das fand ich leider nicht fair.

Perfekte Auszeit mit erstklassigem Service!
Pros:

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel sehr genossen und können es definitiv weiterempfehlen. Das Personal war während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts ausgesprochen freundlich, aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Die Zimmer waren sehr geräumig, modern und stets sauber. Besonders schön fanden wir den liebevollen Abendservice – das Bett wurde aufgedeckt und es gab jeweils eine kleine Aufmerksamkeit, was dem Aufenthalt eine sehr persönliche Note verliehen hat.

Auch das Fitnesscenter sowie der Wellnessbereich haben uns überzeugt: grosszügig gestaltet, gepflegt und sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Auswahl beim Frühstück war abwechslungsreich, frisch und sehr lecker.

Das Abendessen im Restaurant war ebenfalls ausgezeichnet und qualitativ hochwertig. Allerdings hat dies auch seinen Preis. Insgesamt hatten wir jedoch eine wunderbare Zeit und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.
