Gutes Hotel in Gehdistanz zur Piazza, ok für einen kurzen Aufenthalt.
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt in Gehdistanz zur Piazza und eignet sich für einen Kurzaufenthalt. Das Zimmer war sauber, der Ausblick auf Locarno ist schön und die Nespresso Maschine im Zimmer ist ein angenehmes Extra. Auch das Frühstücksbuffet ist vielfältig und bietet für jeden Geschmack etwas.

Cons:

Unser renoviertes Zimmer war sehr dunkel und in Brauntönen gehalten, weshalb wir uns darin nicht besonders wohlgefühlt haben. Die Klimaanlage ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und gibt komische Geräusche von sich. Das weibliche Personal beim Frühstück wirkte auf uns eher wenig aufmerksam und interessiert.
Etwas irritiert hat uns zudem die Regelung im Poolbereich. Kinder dürfen den Pool nur zu bestimmten Zeiten nutzen, was grundsätzlich nachvollziehbar ist. Gleichzeitig hielt sich während unseres Aufenthalts eine Gruppe Erwachsener über längere Zeit sehr lautstark im Whirlpool auf. Am Beckenrand standen mehrere leere Longdrinkgläser, ohne dass dies vom Personal beanstandet wurde. Die unterschiedliche Handhabung der Pool-Regeln konnten wir nicht ganz nachvollziehen.
