Все было прекрасно. Приветливый хозяин Слава.... помогал решить все вопросы.. спасибо ему большое...

Отличное расположение.
Хороший завтрак на красивой террасе.
В целом отель хороший, уютный.
В номере была полноценная ванна.

Cons:

За 4 суток проживания убрались только два раза.
Номера со старым ремонтом.
Семейный номер находился на третьем этаже, на улице стояла жаркая погода, в большом двухкомнатном номере был установлен один старый кондиционер, который не справлялся, в комнате было жарко и душно.

Cons:

Staff assente, informazioni carenti ( le bottiglie d' acqua che in altri alberghi ci fornivano gratuitamente qui facevano parte del frigo bar....ma non c'è l'hanno detto se non al momento di pagare) inoltre il caffè e il cappuccino che in altri alberghi era compreso nella colazione qui era a pagamento....anche qui non ci è stato comunicato subito. Abbiamo pagato ma la mancanza di trasparenza non è giustificata

Прекрасный отель в самом сердце старого Тбилиси!
Очень доволен своим пребыванием в отеле Sharden Villa. Локация просто идеальная — в центре событий, в шаговой доступности от всех ресторанов, кафе и главных достопримечательностей.
Персонал отеля невероятно вежливый, внимательный и отзывчивый, всегда готов помочь.
Отличное соотношение цены, качества и сервиса. Очень рекомендую и с удовольствием вернусь сюда снова!

Cons:

Единственное пожелание: Крытая терраса на крыше просто потрясающая — очень красивая, в цветах, с удобными креслами и великолепным видом на Мтацминду. Очень жаль, что кафе там работает только до 11:00 утра, и нет возможности посидеть там с друзьями днем или вечером, любуясь видом. У этого места огромный потенциал!
​В остальном все было на высшем уровне. Очень рекомендую!

Ottimo hotel all'inizio del centro storico! Consigliato.
Pros:

Hotel, ben organizzato e con staff gentile, all'inizio del centro storico.
Buona la colazione sulla terrazza sul tetto, molto ben curata!
Posizione perfetta per girare il centro a piedi e vicina a molte zone di interesse.
La strada di notte era trafficata e rumorosa ma le finestre insonorizzate hanno funzionato e non siamo mai stati disturbati.

Location location location. right next to all the vibrant restaurants and locations in the middle of the old city of Tbilisi. The staff was amazing and took care of everything we needed. One room was very big, the other was small. The rooms have old furniture and decor but everything is very clean and bathroom looks renovated.

Cons:

As I wrote, the furniture and decor are old but that is a matter of taste. Coaches can use a through cleaning. I recommend to open the 4th floor porch in the evening to sit a drink a beer or cup of coffee.
