Дискотека рядом с отелем шумела всю ночь. На вторую ночь нас переселили в другой номер, там было тихо.
The staff are very well-mannered and respectful, especially Nina and Miriam.
The location was great and so was the room.
There is also a bidet in the bathroom.

Но шумновато , удобно перемещаться по городу, старый город, все рядом, но полночи под окнами работают ресторанчики, шумно, особенно по выходным
Расположение великолепное. В шаговой доступности до всех важніх достопримечательностей.
Завтрак было бы хорошо разнообразить. Кофе был с кувшина. Хорошо было бы сделать нормальный бесплатный кофе с кофемашины.

Tamari at the reception was extremely helpful, kind, and welcoming.
Thanks to her, our stay was even more enjoyable. She was always friendly, professional, and happy to assist us with anything we needed.
We would also like to mention the security guard at the entrance, Rasha. He was very helpful and greeted us with a warm smile every time we entered or left the hotel. His kindness made us feel truly welcome, and it is one of the reasons we would be happy to return to this hotel again.
El hotel está muy bien ubicado para poder visitar los puntos de interés y tiene a mano todo tipo de servicios: restaurantes, bares, supermercados, oficinas de cambio, etc.
La habitación era muy cómoda, el desayuno muy completo y el personal del hotel muy amable y servicial. En particular Lela me facilitó dejar el equipaje en el hotel el día de salida hasta la noche y me gestionó el mejor transporte al aeropuerto

El colchón. El desayuno.
El alojamiento está encarado a una discoteca. La música de la discotdca retumba en toda la habitación 112 y es imposible dormir ni descansar. Tuve que pasar la noche entera en recepción sentado en el sofá con el recepcionista de noche. El responsable del hotel no se presentó en ningún momento a disculparse ni ofrecer ninguna solución y ningún miembro de la recepción pudo solucionar mi problema. Alquilan habitaciones que saben que dan a la discoteca y les da igual, solo buscan ingresar dinero. Tengo videos de cómo suena la música a las 2 de la madrugada dentro de la habitación que proviene de la discoteca: un horror!!! Además, va y le dicen a Booking que no me presenté en el hotel, cuando tengo la factura que ellos mismos me entregaron. Madre mía, que poca vergüenza y que poca profesionalidad. Una lástima que Booking venda este hotel. Les hace quedar muy mal.
The staff and location are wonderful.
It's a pitty that the photographs of the room published in Booking led me to reserved the wrong room. I needed a room for three (or two rooms). The images looked like an small appartment, a suite. But it was just a big room with two beds. It was a very uncomfortable situation.
