Important information:

Boats leave at 8:00 and return to Cartagena at 15:30, depending on the weather. The boat transfer service is not included, it can be purchased for an additional fee, contact the hotel for coordination.

Boat transportation is subject to availability and requires a minimum number of passengers. We can pre-book your trip and will contact you the day before to confirm service availability.

For your safety and comfort, we inform you of some important details for your stay:
Guests arriving by vehicle should use an all-terrain vehicle since the road is bumpy and deteriorated. The property reserves the right to transport pregnant women on board. The hotel transfer fee is not included in the rate.
1. The access to the Hotel has uncovered sections which in the rainy season can deteriorate a little, therefore special care must be taken with low vehicles, however all our vehicles are SUV type.
2. On the way to the hotel, if you come in your car, local vendors who offer services to go to Playa Blanca may approach and follow you, keep in mind that these people, not having training to deal with tourism, can generate an image of siege. Although their insistence may seem uncomfortable, it poses no risk, as they are simply promoting their products.
3. The Cholón cove which is in front of our hotel has become a very visited place by people from different parts of the world, sometimes the noise of the music can be heard in the hotel, it happens occasionally but we want be up to date

Relaxing and comfortable
Pros:

The beach was great and right there with nice beds. the room had an opening in the door, but due to airco we were not bothered by muscito's. Pool was to the warm side. Restaurant was great, play some cards because the weight can be somewhat long.

Das Hotel ist ganz wunderbar. Das Personal ist freundlich, überall ist ein Lächeln auf den Gesichtern, sie es ob es sich um die Rezeption oder das Reinigungspersonal handelt. Es gibt einen privaten Strand und viele Möglichkeiten, so dass einem nicht langweilig wird. Toll, war dass es so ruhig war, beispielsweise hat die Bar um 10 Uhr geschlossen, so dass man hinterher noch draußen sitzen konnte und die Natur genießen konnte und dann aber auch schlafen konnte!

Cons:

Leider liegt Cholon Bay direkt gegenüber und nachmittags ist es laut mit den Jetski Fahrern und der Musik, aber das geht jedoch, weil es Tagesgäste sind und sie nachmittags wieder verschwinden, so dass man den Abend ruhig genießen kann.

Room rate is competitive and in line with the quality and level of the hotel. Food too expensive

The hotel's staff is fantastic!!! The view is amazing. The food is good. The room and the room's restroom great.

The hotel has its own boat that you can rent on an hourly basis. We rented it for three hours for approx USD$250.

Also, it is easy to find jetskis to rent in front of the hotel's beach. We rented every day for just USD$80 per hour (each jetski).

The room rate si competitive and reasonable in light of what you get.

However, you should consider the cost of food, especially if you are planning to stay for several days. The hotel's restaurants are quite expensive, and there are essentially no alternative dining options nearby—the closest restaurants are about an hour away.

We stayed for five full days, so these costs added up quickly. As a family of two adults and two children, we spent between US$160 and US$200 per meal. The same pricing applies to the pool menu and beverages. As a result, a family of this size should expect to spend approximately US$400–500 per day on food alone. We rarely drink alcohol (perhaps a beer or two), so guests who regularly order alcoholic beverages should expect their daily expenses to be considerably higher.

Overall, we found the room rate to be competitive and generally in line with the quality and level of the hotel. However, the food and beverage prices felt disproportionately high and, in our opinion, were not consistent with the hotel's overall standard.

One important thing to know before booking is that the hotel overlooks a public beach located approximately 500 to 1,000 meters away. Loud music is played there every day from around 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. In addition, numerous party boats anchor at that public beach throughout the day, and each one plays its own music, creating constant noise that can significantly affect the otherwise peaceful atmosphere at the hotel.

Para mi gusto las personas nativas que ofrecían servicios llegando desde el mar y que se quedaban en la playa. Vi hasta una persona limpiando la moto de agua en la playa del hotel, que era muy pequeña

Great option to reach without speedboat from Cartagena
