Spa super, Hammam, deux saunas, etc..

Cons:

Au niveau de la piscine/Spa, beaucoup trop d'enfants en bas âge, donc beaucoup de bruit. il est pourtant écrit que le Spa n'est pas accessible avant 12 ans.
La chambre en sous toit, mansardée et petite. Le buffet du petit déjeuner n'est pas extraordinaire. Nous avons payé 736,89 € pour deux nuits avec petits déjeuners pour deux personnes, c'est beaucoup trop cher pour la prestation.

La stanza estremamente piccola e datata per il prezzo pagato , scomoda la doccia piccola fuori dal bagno attaccata alla porta d’ingresso , il tappetino doccia restava tra la porta d’ingresso e la doccia
Anche le parti comuni , compreso sala colazioni vanno rese più moderne
Ambiente della Piscina piccolo e quando ci sono bambini rumoroso

Iz sobe je bil nepozaben pogled na gore.Bazen in savne so čisti,izredno lepo urejeni.Tudi počivanje na ležalnikih na travniku je sproščujoče.

Z možem sva po dolgi vožnji,vstopila skozi vhod v restavraciji in tam čakala,da bi se čekirala in dobila ključ.Mimo je hodilo strežno osebje,jaz sem jim molila osebne izkaznice,a so naju gladko ignorirali in pustili tam stat.Šele najstarejša gospa naju je usmerila do prave recepcije.
Vsako jutro ti na novo določijo,pri kateri mizi lahko zajtrkuješ.
Po 19.uri je vsak večer vstopila-si odklenila vrata sobarica,z možem sva bila v sobi in ne pričakuješ obiska..ter ponudila tester nočne kreme..
Iz vodovoda priteče ena najboljših vod.V hladilniku je bilo tri vrste vode v plastenkah in nobenega piva,ali izbira sokov.

Alles. Totaalplaatje. Prachtig hotel, goed gelegen in het gezellige en authentieke Cogne. Alles ziet er verzorgd uit, ik vind de oude foto’s in hee restaurant leuk. Top ontbijt, diner ook top, redelijke prijzen. Spa erg mooi, zwembad heerlijk, prachtige grote ligweide met veel ligbedden en ook schaduwplekken. De prachtige vergezichten vanuit verschillende plekken in het hotel en de ligweide, het lieve personeel. Heerlijke verzorgingsproducten in de badkamer. En wat een prachtige omgeving, het is geweldig om vanuit Cogne te wandelen. Onze auto hebben we niet gebruikt, die stond in de (gratis) ondergrondse parkeergarage.

Mood favoloso in una posizione eccellente. Ben frequentato e con un servizio eccellente.

Cons:

Qualche receptionist dovrebbe uscire dal suo stato catatonico e voler piu' bene al suo lavoro. L'accoglienza risulta una "marca" indelebile della location: uno sforzo in piu' con l'empatia altrimenti non e' il tuo lavoro.
Camera bella ma le tende vanno lavate piu' spesso, perlomeno controllate.
Ottimo il personale al bar!
