Pros:

It was a 15 minute walk from the train station and the rooms were a really good size

Cons:

If you have any mobility issues then it isn't the hotel for you. There are no lifts and a lot of stairs. The beds were very uncomfortable...like sleeping on a the floor.

Very pleasant stay for one night with good service at reception desk and close to Termini train station.
Pros:

Good secure entry and friendly welcome at reception. Very comfortable bed and a good size shower room. Able to open the window for some fresh air. Overall cleanliness of the room and hotel.

Cons:

Shower was clogged in one of the rooms.

Loved it!
Pros:

Staff were amazing. Provided special access for lift for my mum who has mobility issues. The rooms were spotless. Maids were lovely, we had used plastic cups from the bathroom for some drinks and the maid left us extra the following day next to our drink. Couldn’t be more accommodating. Rooms are exactly as described. Tram outside takes you to the main train station which is walkable as well. Metro line is two blocks away allowing you to get to basically anywhere. Highly recommended.

Cons:

If you struggle with stairs, the reception is up one floor, so even if lift access provided you still need to be aware of this.

Pros:

Great location and staff were very nice and accommodating. Very clean and perfect for a quick stay.

Cons:

Everything was great except there was a lot of noise throughout the night as the bin men were emptying the bins every hour.

Très bon séjour
Pros:

J ai aimé la proximité des transports.
L hotel est propre et le ménage est fait tout les jours

Cons:

Je n'ai pas apprécié le fait qu'il faille payer pour avoir la clim. Au tarif de 5 euros par jour.
