Best place to stay in CBD
Pros:

Beautiful colonial style rooms, huge bathroom and tub, very comfortable beds and pillows, timley room service and delicious complimentary breakfast. Even though it is situated on one of the busiest streets in the CBD, we had no disturbance while sleeping. I'll be referring this hotel to anyone visiting Perth CBD. Very very impressive service, folks!

Epic staff. Amazing bathroom. Very quirky and unique
Pros:

Perfect! Value for money, and a great complimentary breakfast.

Cons:

The only thing I had trouble with was finding it. I didn’t realise it was at the pumping pub and looked behind it because of where the numbers were.

Perth City Old World Charm
Pros:

The location is great, and the hotel has a nice 'classic' turn-of-the-century decor. I ate at the hotel restaurant one night and enjoyed the food and thought it was reasonably priced for Perth.

Cons:

The hotel is older and in need of some light maintenance in places.

Use to be a great hotel.
Pros:

The room.was lovely looks great.

Cons:

The bed posts are very loose and almost falling off. The power points next to the beds are hidden behind cupboards. The bathtub hadn't been cleaned had hair in it. And water was brownish after filling. The shower tap was dripping all night from where the handheld hose had been removed. The path going to the night door had rubbish at the door and as im on crutches I nearly slipped over on it. We weren't informed about what to do for breakfast the next morning. Or that we had to pay for our drinks, very small selection for breakfast. No cereal or toast.

Pros:

Heritage building. Large bathroom with deep bath. Nice touches like the chandeliers

Cons:

No place to charge phone next to bed. Nowhere to put toiletries handy for when you’re in the bath like a little portable stand or something.

Pros:

Good location, really good food, and the bed was so comfortable. One of the best bathrooms ive ever had in a room or apartment. Staff were very friendly

Nice!
Pros:

Warm hosting by all staffs, and quick sure responces. Nice breakfast meal.

Cons:

Leakage of shower pipe was nightmare, however it was fixed in 2 days.
Toilet spray gun to wash ass is hopefully equipped in future.

I had difficulty getting to the suite. Lots of steps and short passage ways.

Pros:

Friendly staff

Cons:

No dedicated reception, meaning you had to go into a noosy bar to get a room key.
Room was in desperate need of a renovation.
And the breakfast was extremely average.

Also questioned if this was indeed a 4 star property as advertised.
