No hay WiFi, no hay ventilador la habitación falta mantenimiento.... La chapa no habría costaba trbajo

Ubicacion extraordinaria, a unas calles del zocalo y barrio tranquilo
Nos quedamos 3 noches y 2 de ellas solicitamos almohadas extras porque estaban muy delgadas y hasta la 3er noche nos hicieron caso, camas muy duras y le falta mantenimiento al hotel, pero por el precio estuvo bien

El personal muy grosero y mal educado. Se les pidió que si había alguien que ayudara con el equipaje, el señor contestó de muy mala manera cuando solo podría haber dicho un "no hay" . La persona de recepción de mal humor y bastante mal encarado. Quiero indicar que fuimos dos adultos mayores y siempre nos dirigimos a el personal con educación pero definitivamente ellos no fueron amables. La habitación estaba limpia pero olía mal, a caño o neftalina, mal.
