Quiet, relaxing, a nice experience.
Pros:

Room was nice and cosy, wonderful shower, clean bathroom

Cons:

Carpets were a little bit dirty, needed to be vacuumed better. Bath robes could be bigger.

Pros:

The location though out of the CBD was excellent for tram rides. I love the area & the quietness of the property is perfect, that it is not overtaken by so many tourists and rowdy guests.
Effie out in the front desk was friendly and most helpful from the start of our stay till we left this afternoon.
She recommended the places for breakfast, dinner and even a Chinese restaurant in the vicinity and in nearby Kew.

Cons:

A hand held shower head would be good instead of just a rain shower... that would be perfect for better shower control. Everything else was good

Cons:

The bed was too hard for me. I prefer a soft bed.
When I booked I asked if possible to have a quiet room. When I actually checked in I asked again if I a had a quiet room and the person attending the desk replied that all rooms were quiet. I didn’t feel like my request was even considered and at 2.00 am there was very loud laughing and chatter for some time. My room was right next to the lift.
