The room was spacious and clean BUT...it stank like smoke. Being non-smokers, every time we opened the door the smell of stale smoke was disgusting. What a shame, because the rooms are lovely.
All the marketing and info online says the hotel does breakfast. I always book hotels that provide breakfast because we do not have time when travelling to hunt around for breakfast. When we went to get breakfast in the morning we were told the hotel does not provide it....even though the internet and booking.com say it does!
That the hotel is non smoking. Think all guests should be treated equal. We all pay the same price
Very good location - great access to local shops and public transport while also being lovely and quiet. Very easy to park. Staff were friendly, professional and helpful. The room was exceptionally clean and the bed was extremely comfortable.
Only one bedside table. Nowhere to put books or a cup of tea.
Accidentally put audio description on when we were watching the TV. Couldn’t find a manual to help us operate it. Smart TVs tend not to be particularly user friendly when you’re not familiar with a brand.
Well equipped, clean and quiet. The parking was relatively cheap and easily accessible.
