Pros:

Lovely large rooms with comfy bed and a nice balcony. Smart tv in room worked very well and nice amenities. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. Although not in the CBD area of Melbourne it has very easy and quick link via tram, and you benefit from quiet away from the city center

Cons:

The guest Wifi was spotty at times, but the tvcast wifi worked well enough if the normal wifi failed

Pros:

Lovely clean room. Comfortable bed and pillows. Easy parking in basement. Close to cafes/restaurants.

Cons:

One bedside table and lamp seemed to be missing. Bathroom needs more lighting.
