Micul dejun mai slăbuț ca în ceilalți ani.
Scurgerea dușului era înundată și a trebuit să o remediem noi deoarece personalul calificat o putea remedia doar în ziua următoare, când noi plecam.
Dozatoarele din baie funcționau greu sau erau blocate.
Vitrina frigorifică era caldă, nu răcea deloc.
מבחינתנו מיקום היה בסדר. היה קל להגיע במונית לכל מקום שתכננו
מים במקלחת בחדר 401 כמעט ולא ירדו בכלל.
אחרי חצי דקה עומד במים מעל כף הרגל ומים ממלאים לאט את כל האמבטיה.
ניקיון לא טוב של החדרים. רואים שלא מנכים את האסלות.
בחדר שינה של הורים אין שום ריהוט למעט מיטה ו2 שידות.
מזגנים בקושי עובדים ולא באמת מצליחים לקרר את החדרים.
ארוחת בוקר סבירה, לא מעבר.
לסיכום לא מומלץ.

I rarely leave reviews, but this hotel absolutely deserves one. From the moment I arrived until the moment I checked out, every single part of my stay exceeded expectations.
The staff were genuinely welcoming, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. They made me feel like a valued guest rather than just another reservation. Check-in was quick and effortless, and throughout my stay they consistently went above and beyond.
The room was spotless, modern, and exceptionally comfortable. The bed provided one of the best nights of sleep I’ve had in a hotel, the bathroom was immaculate, and every detail—from the lighting to the amenities—showed real attention to quality.
The hotel’s atmosphere was calm, elegant, and relaxing. Every common area was beautifully maintained, creating a luxurious feeling that honestly rivaled many 5-star properties. Housekeeping did an outstanding job every day.
Breakfast offered a fantastic variety of fresh, high-quality food, and everything I tried was delicious. The location was also perfect, making it easy to explore the city while still enjoying a peaceful environment.
What truly sets this hotel apart is the people. Exceptional hospitality is difficult to find, but the team here delivers it effortlessly. They genuinely care about their guests’ experience, and it shows in every interaction.

L'équipe de la réception est au top, ils sont tous trop gentils et prêts à nous aider.
La salle de bains était sale, avec de la moisissure dans la cabine de douche, nous avons retrouvé des cheveux sur les draps , la ventilation dans la salle de bain était très sale et la climatisation ne fonctionnait pas bien.
