Pros:

Printre punctele forte se numără parcarea subterană, foarte utilă mai ales dacă ajungeți cu mașina. Este însă recomandat să rezervați locul în prealabil, deoarece disponibilitatea este limitată. Camerele sunt curate și confortabile, paturile sunt plăcute, iar poziționarea hotelului este bună, fiind relativ aproape de centrul orașului și potrivită pentru explorarea Sofiei.

Cons:

Există însă și câteva aspecte care ar putea fi îmbunătățite. Micul dejun este destul de modest, atât ca varietate, cât și ca ofertă, și ar putea fi mai bun pentru nivelul hotelului. De asemenea, izolarea fonică a camerelor nu este foarte bună – zgomotele și chiar discuțiile din camerele învecinate se aud destul de ușor, ceea ce poate deveni deranjant, mai ales seara / noaptea.

Nice place and great value for money.
Pros:

Very friendly staff. Private parking space at a decent price - something not easy to find in Sofia. Good buffet breakfast included. Comfy beds. Place is clean. Quiet neighborhood.

Colazione internazionale valida e soddisfacente, allineata al livello di altri Best Western in cui sono stata in altre città. Staff disponibile e accogliente (chi più chi meno, ho comunque avuto una buona impressione generale)

Cons:

Ho dovuto chiedere la carta igienica perché non è stata rifornita il secondo giorno (avrei soggiornato 6 notti). Ho percepito difficoltà nel soddisfare la mia richiesta nell'immediato (in qualche modo si è risolta ma non al meglio, per me) e avrei preferito non dover chiedere ma trovarla in camera sin da subito

השירות. צוות מקסים, לבבי, נעים, רוצה לסייע. ארוחת בוקר אומנם לא מאוד מגוונת אבל ניכר שעושים השתדלות למלא הכל.
כשהייתה לי בעיה עם השהייה מנהל המקום היה קשוב מבין ודאג שנצא עם חוויה טובה.

Pros:

Buona posizione con la metro e camera grande con ottimo materasso! Colazione sufficiente

Cons:

La colazione, la prima mattina era più scarna. La pulizia quasi nulla: la prima notte neanche il letto mi è stato rifatto. Il secondo giorno, giusto il bagno, un po' di riordino, ma la polvere in camera (mucchietti) sono rimasti sotto al tavolo.

L'hotel predispone di ristorazione con pranzo/cena ma lo staff era assente, suggerendone uno alle vicinanze.
