Nice, should have been better.

Mostly everything about the property was fine

Cons:

I thought we were getting an ocean front room, we stayed in an ocean view room. When I inquired about an ocean front room, the staff mostly ignored me. The said they would get back to me but never did. When I checked out they said it was the “verbiage” used when booking. I was meeting my daughter for a long weekend and this was the halfway point for both of us. I promised her an oceanfront room but ended up staying in the ocean view room. Regardless, we had a nice weekend anyway.

How Legit Is This Chain?
Pros:

This hotel had its fair share of pros and cons.

Pros: My suite was clean, sanitized, and well-furnished. The bed was comfy, and I was able to charge my laptops and phone easily. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Cons: The floors were uncarpeted, making exercise difficult with no exercise mat. They removed the digital clocks, so I had to rely on my phone just to tell time. The only vending machine on the 10th floor dispensed candy and other snacks, and there were no drink vending machines. Nor was there breakfast. I had to go across the street to the Pocahontas Pancake House or somewhere else to get breakfast. And this is a timeshare that didn't give me the bang for my buck that I thought I'd get. Caveat Emptor, folks.

I reserved and ocean front but they wanted to give me a partial view and that is not what I paid for. Eventually they gave me an ocean view room but waited almost an hour after I arrived to get into the room.

Good location however beware.
Pros:

Location is good. Fire pit is nice.

Cons:

Communication is awful. Tried to upgrade our room a month before and no response to emails, calls were not answered. No chairs on balcony, requested by phone x2, by text x3, got one chair 27 hours after initial request of needing 2 chairs!
Location on boardwalk is good but parking is 1 1/2 blocks away. Loading/ unloading area is narrow, chaotic.
Elevators are very slow.
Cost is high.

I did check in at 5 am however I waited about 20 mins to be seen (I called so they heard the phone ring). So I check in

Very close to everything. Pool was beautiful hot tub was very hot. Loved.

Cons:

Staff took forever each time I needed help (which was over a few things.. hot water, checking in, checking out. Etc.)
