We had another marvelous stay at Tigmiza, mainly thanks to their very professional and welcoming staff arroubd the all star team with Ahmed at the pool bar, Lamya the chef concierge, Aissan our always smiling breakfast waiter,
Rahma from the SPA, Abdullah the pillar of the Libiti restaurant, special agent Hamid always ready for a romantic dinner mission, Chef Tarique and his wonderful creations, Zacharias from the room service, Fatah from the reception and Radouane chef steward always looking for our well being in our room! We are looking forward to our next years stay. Coming to Tigmiza is like coming home and visiting family!

Incroyable
Pros:

Tout est incroyable, le service est top. Et j’ai rarement vue un personnel autant sympa que eux. Ils etaient tous gentil et adorable du matin au soir. Ils vous refait la chambre 2 fois dans la journée.

Cons:

La piscine était très froide malheureusement.
Nous n’avions pas pu profiter comme on le voulais de la piscine.

Pros:

To przepiękne miejsce, piękny ogród z świetnymi basenami,
Przesympatyczna obsługa, pomocna w każdej chwili,
Atmosfera w tym hotelu jest cudowna
Mieliśmy bardzo wygodny ,komfortowy pokój.
Rano serwowano fantastyczne śniadania.
Można również skorzystać z oferty SPA (dziękuję Rahma)

Wir haben leider nur 3 Nächte in diesem wunderschönen Hotel verbracht und haben es geliebt! Tigmiza Boutique Hotel&Spa ist etwas ausserhalb gelegen aber mit den Hotelshuttles war man schnell in den Souks und im Herzen Marrakechs. Tigmiza Boutique Hotel & Spa ist seine 5 Sterne wert-ein Traum! Das Hotel bzw. Interieur ist so schön und mit viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet. Das Früchstücksbuffet hat unsere Erwartungen weit übertroffen, sehr reichliches und für alle Geschmäcker vorhandenes Angebot. Wir haben uns jeden Morgen darauf gefreut. Unser Sohn hat die Poolanlage geliebt sowie das Essen aus der Poolbar. Das Personal am Pool war auch sehr aufmerksam. Unsere Kinder hatten sogar die Möglichkeit, ein Kino allein zu nutzen. Die Zimmer wurden mehrmals am Tag gereinigt bzw. uns wurden immer frische Tücher angeboten und die Zimmer mit Süssigkeiten, Obst und Wasser hinterlassen. Die Rezeption stand uns für alle Fragen stets zur Seite. Wir empfehlen auch das Abendessen im hauseigenen Restaurant. Service und Küche waren top! Ganz besonders wird uns Aissam in Erinnerung bleiben, der uns jeden Morgen mit seinem grossartigen Lächeln und seiner überaus positiven Art jeden Wunsch erfüllt hat. Die Mitarbeiter waren einfach alle top. Choukran!!

Palatial, exquisite and grand
Pros:

What can I say, the service was absolutely outstanding. The staff cannot do enough for you, from laying out your towel on your sunbed to the attentive bar service.

The pictures on booking.com do not do the hotel justice. We stayed in a suite (the most basic room) which was enormous. Complimentary water provided in the room everyday along with a bowl of fruit at the start and little edible treats at the turn down service late afternoon. Nespresso machine too.

Upon arrival you get WhatsApp dialogue with the concierge where you can request what you please. We constantly had staff reiterate if there was anything we needed just ask.

Food and drinks are priced accordingly for a 5 star resort and I think the 10% service charge on all food and drinks is fair considering it is equally shared amongst all staff so no need for tipping. And yes you get a great service so completely worth it. The food is excellent and tasty with both a Moroccan and international menu.

If you want to feel like you are in your own private hotel, and don’t like to feel in a crowd, it ticks al the boxes!

Cons:

The only negatives for us, was that it was extremely quiet of an evening but that may be a bonus for some. It would have been nice to have a bit more ambience on the roof terrace with some music.

10/10 Incredible stay!
Pros:

Absolutely stunning hotel, loved every minute of our time here. The staff are all so lovely, we were sad to leave them. They all make a huge effort and were incredible accommodating. They have everything you will ever need for a relaxing getaway.

Truly 5 star luxury. Will definitely return.
Pros:

Fantastic quality boutique hotel. Staff are extremely attentive, polite and know how to deliver a luxury 5 star service to guests. Very high quality food available throughout the day. There was plenty of space available around the hotel pools, adequate distance between loungers.
Of particular note were Hamza on reception and Omar the pool attendant. Both were extremely attentive and excellent at their jobs.

Cons:

A very minor point was that at breakfast, one buffet plate offering smoked salmon had run out one morning. I requested that it be replaced and was told that there was none left.
