Great spot, great staff, great hotel stay!
Pros:

Spacious room, staff were super friendly and attentive, aircon was great! Two elevators was a win! Location is excellent

Cons:

Breakfast is upstairs and was a bit tricky with a pram.

Good value for money in very central location
Pros:

It was in an excellent location. I had a lovely balcony and a nice view. Wasn’t too loud. Staff were helpful. Good amenities and nice coffee shops nearby. Only 1 minute walk to walking street and 5 mins to Bitexco. Pool and breakfast were good. Lots of options for breakfast including to suit western tastes.

Cons:

I booked a room with a bath intentionally to have the bathtub. I didn’t get a bathtub. When I enquired why the reception tried to convince me my room was better than ones with a bath. I really wanted to the bath which is why I chose this hotel but didn’t get one. The pool could do with more sunbeds and the balcony could do a a chair ..

Pros:

I had an excellent stay at this hotel. Centrally located, walkable area, reasoable price, very friendly staff from the door to the reception to the cleaning ladies, and the team on the rooftop.

Was confused about the reserved reviews regarding breakfast - the breakfast was great and there was a variety of delicious food to eat, especially local dishes.

The rooftop pool was also clean and relaxing, the terrace was nice (would have loved it to be open later). Managed to request late check-out so I could sleep in (it was quiet too even if my room was facing the street) - my room was spacious! They also help get a grab ride for you. Showers worked well (pressure and temperature). Room amenities were great (wifi, aircon, fridge, tv, slippers, safe, etc.). Must note to book the same room (410) next time.

Liked they have both indoor and outdoor designated smoking area. The interior was pretty, maybe some find it 'old' but I think it's charming and have nice art work. Elevators worked and fast. They also have luggage storage.

Cons:

Nothing - it surpassed my expectations.

موقع الفندق قريب من الأسواق والمحلات التجاريه والكافيهات .
الفطور جيد نوعا ما .
اشكر فني التكييف ( فو فو ) لانه بذل جهد في اصلاح المكيف .

Cons:

الغرفه مليئه بالحشرات مثل النمل .
غرفه ضيقه واطلالتها على بيوت قديمه جدا ومتهالكه.
المكيف تعطل اكثر من مره .

Pros:

朝食は品数も多く美味しかった。ルーフトップ的な朝食会場もいい雰囲気だった。スタッフはとても親切で色々なことへの対応が素晴らしい。
