Location was great. Quiet and peaceful. Everything was clean and everyone was polite and happy to help. Pools were amazing. Breakfast had a good variety of food, including some things made to order.

Die Anlage ist sehr schön und gepflegt, die Pool Area ist wirklich schön und es fühlt sich nie überfüllt an. Wirklich zu empfehlen!
Das Frühstück ist zwar gut aber das Buffet könnte etwas reichhaltiger sein.
Très bel emplacement, les chambres sont propres, le personnel de ménage très attentionné, le petit déjeuner excellent et la piscine avec différents bassins et des couloirs de nage vraiment très agréable. L’hôtel est très en pente mais il y a des voiturettes pour convoyer les clients. Attention pour les personnes âgées les chambres situées en étage nécessitent de monter des escaliers assez raides.
Le dîner buffet proposé en option à 50 euros par personne nous a semblé excessivement cher, nous avons donc dîné à l’extérieur puisqu’il y a de nombreux restaurants à Elounda. Il y a néanmoins un espace à la carte situé derrière la piscine très peu fréquenté où l’on peut dîner pour un prix plus raisonnable mais étrangement l’hôtel ne communique pas dessus.
L’hôtel est très charmant avec une belle vue très calme c’était reposant qui était bien situé à elounda près des restaurants

Le petit déjeuner est à revoir mais complètement pour le prix c’est vraiment dommage

Les jus de fruits non naturel
Aucun fruit frais à part la pastèque tout était des boîtes de conserve
Le jaccuzi dans le balcon son eau n’a pas été nettoyer tout le long du séjour on s’est retrouvé avec une eau verte au bout de 3 jours
Et un des gardiens du parking le plus âgé d’un certain âge n’était du tout aimable !!

L’hôtel était incroyable, les chambres avec une vue magnifique sur la mer. Chambre très confortable.
La piscine était parfaite et très grande.
Le buffet du matin et du soir étaient excellent très diversifiés.
Seul point négatif, certains membre du personnel n’était pas très aimable. Le service n’est pas au niveau d’un vrai 5*… mais cela ne gâche pas le plaisir du séjour.
The hotel is nice and the staff are great. The location is good (a bit of a walk to the town). Great views of Spinalonga island. Elounda and plaka towns are close by and lovely.
Despite this hotel being advertised as 5*..There are areas that felt unfinished. The fencing around the pool area for example was very cheap looking and scruffy.
Our room was directly behind the restaurant and the view was half blocked by the building.
The floor in our room was not mopped clean. Our feet were filthy everyday.
the rooms were great, super clean and large enough and the view was great too !
the hotel in itself was very beautiful, and they show you a lot of beachfront panoramic views, but the hotel doesnt have its own beach, which is really a shame, because the blue water is so beautiful, so dont get misleaded by the photos !
Moreover, the restaurant for dinner closes at 9pm, that is pretty early !
also, we booked 3 rooms and i specifically asked for the 3 rooms to be in the same block, and 2 days before departure, they changed location to one of our room, and the new room was at the opposite of the main block, not great at all !
