The hotel itself is beautiful, the room is clean and spacious, with great AC. The view was incredible and the jacuzzi in the balcony was great. Also, Martha who did my massage was incredible - professional and pleasant.
The food was average at best, bad at worst. Not up to par with hotel standards. There were no signs to understand what everything in the buffet is so we either had to guess or try to get an employee to explain to us. Customer service was not good at all. Except once woman who was attentive, all other employees at the restaurant/pool are not. Long wait times to get an employee to notice you, whether it is to order or to clean up the table. We ordered food at the pool and after 40 minutes we just cancelled as it never arrived and we had to go.

It is a beautiful hotel. Very clean very comfortable beds. The breakfast selection was fantastic. I loved the outdoor swimming pools. George who worked at the pool bar was super friendly.
They need to get coffee machines for breakfast. Sometimes it took 30 minutes for your coffee to arrive. Very small point from a wonderful time at the hotel.

Le service au restaurant un peu lent et désorganisé, la communication avec la réception obligé de devoir répété plusieurs fois les choses et le fait que notre chambre était collé à la réception cela a généré des nuisances sonores avec les différents trajets des voiturettes et des clients
Sehr schönes und gut gelegenes Hotel. Wunderschöne Poolanlage - mehrere Pools, ausreichend Liegen, schöner Ausblick.
Zimmer sehr stylish, neu renoviert, nettes kleines Pool, schöne Aussicht, leider sehr hellhörig. Keine Haken für Handtücher, etc.
Man sollte gut zu Fuß sein, steile Wege, viele Treppen, allerdings gibt es ein sehr hilfreiches Golfcartservice.
Frühstück und Abendessen von guter Qualität, sehr international - wenig griechisch, aber überaus dekorativ präsentiert.
Leider kein eigener Strandabschnitt. Man kann zwar über die Straße gehen und sofort im Meer schwimmen, sollte danach aber sofort ins Hotel zurück, Strandabschnitt lädt nicht zum Verweilen ein.
Personal freundlich und höflich, aber nicht ausreichend geschult, sehr langsam, fragt immer wieder nach.
Beim Abendessen kann zusätzlich zum Buffet auch ein servierter Hauptgang gewählt werden. Grundsätzlich eine nette Idee, die Ausführung lässt leider zu wünschen übrig. Der Hauptgang ist am Beginn des Essen zu wählen und wird daher auch gleich serviert, meist während der Vorspeise. Wenn man den Hauptgang später serviert haben will ist er meist kalt, schade! Für ein 5* Hotel im Service noch viel Luft nach oben!
Nous avons sejourne 2 nuits dans cet hotel lors d un road trip en Crete et cela a ete notre meilleur hotel : beau, calme, nourriture excellente avec beaucoup de choix et personnel au petit soin. La vue mer depuis notre chambre etait magnifique (surtout au lever du soleil) et le jaccuzzi tres appreciable. Super sejour !
