Ens ha agradat molt la localització, amb unes meravelloses vistes a Spinalonga i la seva fortificació. El personal és molt atent i està pendent de cada detall. Les instal·lacions estan molt netes i ben cuidades. Un lloc tranquil i perfecte per desconnectar.
Vam escollir l’opció de mitja pensió. Pensem que la qualitat i la varietat del menjar es podrien millorar per estar plenament a l’alçada de la categoria de l’hotel.

Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und haben uns vom ersten Moment an willkommen gefühlt. Die Zimmer sind zwar etwas klein, aber wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Poolzugang – und das war in der Hauptsaison bei der Hitze wirklich Gold wert.
Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und das Personal stets bemüht, uns den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu machen. Besonders schön fanden wir auch, dass das Team aus vielen verschiedenen Ländern kommt und trotzdem alles sehr herzlich und harmonisch wirkt.
Das Essen war insgesamt gut, könnte aber an manchen Stellen noch etwas besser sein – besonders bei der Auswahl und Qualität der Früchte.
Ein absolutes Highlight ist die wunderschöne Poolanlage. Auch das Frühstück im Pool sollte man unbedingt einmal ausprobieren – wirklich etwas Besonderes. Dazu noch der traumhafte Ausblick, den wir genießen konnten.
Wir haben uns hier wirklich sehr wohl und willkommen gefühlt und hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit.
Die Zimmer sind für den Preis leider etwas klein – wir hatten sie uns vorab etwas großzügiger vorgestellt.
Deutlich störender waren jedoch die häufigen Stromausfälle am Abend, die offenbar nur das Hotel betroffen haben. Dadurch waren teilweise auch die Küche, die Unterhaltung und andere Bereiche beeinträchtigt. Gerade am Abend war das leider etwas unangenehm und hat den ansonsten schönen Aufenthalt ein wenig getrübt.

The breakfast selection,bread could be better,the fridge in the room was making a lot of noise,the replenishment of water,tea coffee etc was inconsistent and the house keeping stopped at 10 at the end of their shift.
Also the fact that one day the umbrellas at the pool needed to be completely closed because of wind and the next day it was fine,also it lacks friendly poolside service
Overall,i missed the authentic greek hospitality as there were 75 pertcent of filipino people working who are not able to give the desired effect of going on a greek holiday

Sehr schöne und saubere Zimmer. Die Aussicht ist atemberaubend und der Pool Bereich könnte nicht schöner sein. Freundliches Personal und super Lage. Mit Auto alles super zu erreichen.
Die Halbpension war unnötig. Das Buffet ist nicht das wahre. Sehr wenig Auswahl und jeden Tag ungefähr das selbe. Vieles hart/älter und wenig Fleisch Auswahl. Mehr zimmerservice und am Pool gegessen und extra bezahlt. Halb Pension für nichts gebucht..

Great staff and overwhelming hospitality, excellent pool area, nice rooms and balcony. Smiles all over the place and a really relaxing ambiance. Thanks to everybody from the hotel!
Nothing come to my mind
Lovely facilities with great views of Spinalonga lagoon. Nice location between Elounda and Plaka. If you don't have a rental car, taxis come very quickly to the hotel. There are lots of nice restaurants close to the hotel. The staff are all super friendly and helpful. Breakfast is a nice mix of buffet plus dishes to order from the menu.
At breakfast, they could do with more than 1 person making coffee as at peak time the drinks sometimes arrived well after the food. Americanos were quite weak and close to being cold too.
