Good location makes my travelling easier.
Pros:

Location is great if train service is used a lot. Can get to Shinkansen platform, without luggage, in 5 minutes.

Cons:

Toilet and bathroom have all the natural light as that is where the windows are. However the sitting/sleeping area do not have enough lighting. Do not like the interior design of the room. Do not like using plastic cups.

We used the hotel facilities as a transit. We had to take the Shinkansen, hence the location was very convenient

Convenient, Clean and nice room.
Pros:

Hotel located inside the Shin Osaka station which is very convenient and easy to find it too. Shops and restaurants are all nearby. Will stay again for my next visit to Osaka. Breakfast was great too.

Pros:

浴槽が無くシャワーだけだったのと、カーテンじゃなくて扉だったので、嬉しかったです。
トイレとシャワーが広くて好きです。
ベットも広くて良かったです。
全体的に、シックで、部屋の大きさも私は好きでした。

Convenient, comfortable overnight stay.
Pros:

Very helpful staff following a late night arrival. Comfortable beds, great shower.

Cons:

It was a little hard to find but that may have been fatigue following a late night flight and arrival at the hotel. Once you find the right (north) exit at Shin Osaka, it’s a very convenient location.

フロントの方の対応が丁寧だった事、泊まった部屋が清潔感があった事。

Cons:

良くなかった点と言うわけではないですが、窓の外の景色が室外機のみだったのは少し驚きました。
