Centralized location made it easy to plan travel within Osaka.
Pros:

Breakfast was good for first day. After that repetitive. Rooms were very small, we upgraded after we got there. Request to remove shiatsu chair, initially questioned, but then honored, lot more room. Location, location, location. Didn't have to travel far for a good meal.

Cons:

Weird location of bathroom. Breakfast was not worth the price, considering other opportunities closeby.
