The hotel staff were nice and professional, we loved the warm cookies at checkin,
THE DIFFERENCE IN MENU FOR HALF BOARD AND FULL BOARD. We stayed 4 nights and by day 3 we were already tired of the same menu every day.
Advice to hotel- to do like other hotels, same menu for all, but half board is two meals only - breakfast and dinner /lunch while full board is 3 meals with snacks.
We also dnt get our towels changed all through our stay - even though the rooms were cleaned.
I had to insist and call the reception by 4th day as all the towels were dirty. We were in a family room -family of 5
finally we ended up paying for our meal on first day despite having half board, we payed over 200 Euros, we had our food voucher on us but my husband was not aware we had to give the staff as soon as we got to the restaurant. We were then given the full board menu from which we ordered. By the time we realised -we were told we had to pay the full price for all the meals even though some of the meals were on the half board menu , it was really unfair
Nažalost, naš boravak od 9. do 12. listopada 2026. bio je veliko razočaranje. U Hilton hotel u Zagrebu dolazimo već godinama i uvijek smo bili zadovoljni, no ovaj put usluga nije bila na očekivanoj razini.
Posebno smo nezadovoljni krajnje neprofesionalnim i nepristojnim ponašanjem djelatnice na recepciji, koja je svojim komentarima pokazala nepoštovanje prema gostima. Doručak je bio skroman, hrana se rijetko nadopunjavala, a radno vrijeme wellnessa nije nam bilo unaprijed jasno komunicirano. U sobi se vrata tuš-kabine nisu mogla pravilno zatvoriti, a zbog veličine našeg vozila nismo mogli koristiti hotelsku garažu te nam nije ponuđena odgovarajuća alternativa za parkiranje.
Ovakvu razinu usluge ne očekujemo od hotela s pet zvjezdica. Planirali smo ponovno doći u prosincu na četiri dana, ali nakon ovog iskustva ozbiljno razmišljamo o tome da više ne rezerviramo ovaj hotel. Nadamo se da će uprava ozbiljno shvatiti našu pritužbu i poboljšati kvalitetu usluge.

Radno vrijeme SPA je uzasno, boravio sam poslovno i moje ocekivanje je bilo da nakon napornog dana odem u SPA medjutim nije moguce ni dobiti raniji jutarnji termin niti vrčernji.

Die Zimmer sind groß und sauber, Badewanne & Dusche im Zimmer. Betten sehr komfortabel.
Das Frühstück entspricht keinem gehobenen Hotel. Die Produkte waren entweder zu stark gekühlt oder angetrocknet, die Auswahl ließ zu wünschen übrig.
Das Spa hat sehr kurze Öffnungszeiten, der Pool ist erst ab 12 benutzbar.
