Pros:

I love the location, it is walking distance to Ben Thanh market yet it is less crowded. The breakfast has a good spread, it was more than I expected.

Cons:

I did not like the bathtub, it is just my preference to have a shower area because it is a safety to climb.

Pros:

My mum and I stayed here for a while and the staff were so accomodating and helpful, they helped us with SIM cards, directions to banks and other ammenities we needed for the room. The hotel breakfast was great and the staff working there were super nice as well. The location was so close to everything central such as Saigon centre, Ben thanh market, the pink church. Most of the attractions.

Cons:

The only thing was because the location was so central sometimes it was loud at night outside. However we were able to fall asleep still.

Best location with reason price.
Pros:

The breakfast is better than last year, and the staff is quick to move us to another floor after we report seeing a small cockroach in the bathroom. So the staff came in to clean and spray the whole floor.
On hot days, there is always fresh ice water in the lobby for everyone . This hotel is in the city centre, so it would save time to go around Ben Thanh Market.

Cons:

Only 1 lift, so you have to wait.
