Good place for a short 1-2 day stay. Probably wouldn’t go back.
Pros:

Breakfast buffet was great, rooms were roomy and clean.

Cons:

Property is very old. The hallway carpet was worn and had a bad odor.

Overall, very happy!
Pros:

Our room was a great size. The bed was very comfortable.

Cons:

Unfortunately the shower hose/head weren't attached properly causing water to basically flood the bathroom! And the shower head was not able to be adjusted - the spray was needle like!!!

Most of the staff from reception /HK and coffee house has no courtesy and not polite,,,they should learn from Holiday Villa JB center staff,,
I arrived at 1450pm,,the fat Malay man at reception without courtesy ask me to Q,,while am Queing,,
And he told me the room is not ready!

We have stayed in so many hotel' around Europe and UK,,and so many places in Asia,,this hotel is the worst!

Overall, while the room had good space and views, it would benefit from better maintenance and refurbishment.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the room had several maintenance issues. The air conditioning was noisy, the bathroom door could not be closed properly, and there was no safety box provided. In addition, the décor looked outdated, and the study table had chipped surfaces that made the room feel worn and neglected.
