Hotel is clean, bed is comfortable.

Cons:

I booked this hotel for their gym facility but the facility close at 7.30pm, which is a disappointment to me.
At one time, there is only 1 staff working at the front desk, which causes long queue at the front desk.
Shower head is low, I need to bend down to take shower.

Decent and worth for a short stay!
Pros:

The location of the hotel was great, right in the middle of the city. Plenty of places to eat nearby and Kampung Heritage Restaurant is also nearby (a nice place to try out the local malay dishes. Delicious food). The breakfast buffet was pretty good, nothing fancy but overall not bad. For a short stay of 3 nights (mainly for sleeping and resting), it’s a not too bad place to stay (6/10).

Cons:

The flush for the toilet in room 1525 is not easy to handle. You need to push and hold it for a few seconds before releasing it. And at times, the flush wasn’t working well. We had to call the maintenance on the second day! The bathroom definitely needs a makeover. The bathtub wasn’t easy for the elderly to get into. I would advise for the hotel management to get rid of the bathtub.
