Convenient and well priced. Slightly dated hotel.
Pros:

Good facilities. Good pool. Room was clean and comfy.

Cons:

Little bit dated. Rooms are looking slightly tired and could to with some TLC. Also there was quite a long wait time on lifts and as we were 18th floor, not a lot could be done about that.

It was fine, couldn't complain due to price.
Pros:

I think for a hotel in the middle of JB town, an old one at that, it's pretty affordable. The food was the best thing about this hotel. Plenty of parking spaces is a plus, although it's a bit scary at level 8 with all the old furniture dumped on the ramp.

Cons:

The mattress was very hard. Although I was able to sleep well, I did find it painful to sit on after long hours of attending a course. The bathroom needs a bit of work, the shower heads are not consistent every time I go there, missing tub drain stopper in some rooms.

Great stay with nice breakfast buffet.
Pros:

Friendliness of Guest Relations Staff and Cafe staff too. Happy to be upgraded to premium deluxe room.

Cons:

Not sound proof. Can hear next door guests talking.

Great first time stay!
Pros:

The spacious room, the bath tub that come along with it for such a good rate! Buffet spread were delicious too with a decent variety. Location of hotel is good too. So many eateries and nearby malls.
