Great hotel in a good location. Clean and quiet
Pros:

Very friendly and helpful reception staff, very clean hotel and room, exceptionally quiet room, great food in the evening

Cons:

Requested a late check out at 2pm being IHG members as taking part in the triathlon, which was agreed online but when we arrived told it could only be 1pm.
Inflated room prices due to it being triathlon weekend

10 minutes' walk from Windsor Castle and Long Walk, and in the same very calm place (I very much like the little inner garden). Amazing!

Erg goed!
Pros:

De buitenkant van het hotel doet niet vermoeden dat het er binnen zo goed uit ziet! Heel schoon, heel vriendelijk personeel, bij inchecken en bij het ontbijt, ook bij binnenkomst of voorbijgaan wordt je altijd vriendelijk begroet. We kregen bij aankomst ook een geschenk, dit was echt een verassing. We hadden 2 kamers waarbij de tussendeur open kon, dit vonden wij een pluspunt. Genoeg opties bij het ontbijt. Parkeren onder het hotel in een parkeergarage was prima, er was genoeg ruimte.

Cons:

De kamers zijn relatief klein. Met twee personen je koffer uitklappen is even passen en meten. Wij hadden handbagage dus dat ging prima, met grotere bagage wordt het een uitdaging. Jammer dat je niet je programma's kon casten naar de TV. We vonden parkeren in de parkeergarage prima, maar in en uitrijden heb je wel een bijrijder nodig die de knopjes kan indrukken, je moet hiervoor namelijk wel echt uit je auto, dit was minder handig.

De kamers zijn zeker ok.
De lokatie is perfect op wandelafstand van alles.
De ondergrondse parking is zeker een pluspunt.

Cons:

Het omis eerder een motel dan hotel. Het ontbijt mocht wat meer verzorgd zijn.

Excellent
Pros:

Great location, especially as we arrived by car and there was onsite parking available. Easy walk to the centre of Windsor and the Castle. Clean, comfortable rooms (we could see the Castle from our window!) Bright and stylish reception and breakfast area with an enclosed outdoor courtyard. Lovely breakfast and a grab and go option. Staff were really friendly and helpful.

Cons:

My only comment would be that I wish the curly cord on the hairdryer was a bit longer!

Pros:

Alles war sauber. Gute Dusche. Wir waren in Zimmer 110. Fluglärm haben wir kaum gehört. In 10-12 Minuten ist man zu Fuss in der Haupteinkaufsstrasse mit Geschäften und Restaurants, welche dann auch direkt zu Windsor Castle führt. Parkplatz kistenlos in der Einstellhalle vorhanden. Es reicht aber wohl nicht für alle. First come, first serve... Wir waren 3 Nächte dort und haben Ausflüge gemacht und immer einen PP erwischt, waren aber auch meist um 17 Uhr wieder zurück.

Cons:

Zimmer haben auf den Bildern etwas grösser gewirkt. Klar, das tun sie immer, aber wir habens uns doch etwas geräumiger vorgestellt. Zimmer mit 2 Einzelbetten. Frühstück war halt Englisch und es gibt ja fast überall immer dasselbe.

It was a very pleasant stay and would would definitely stay again if we were visiting Windsor.
Pros:

It was very clean and staff courteous. Nice and quiet. Had a good night’s sleep.

Cons:

My husband would have liked a fried egg for breakfast 😂 he said.

It was an Ok stay
Pros:

The place was clean and the beds were comfortable. the staff were friendly and helpful. The accommodation was an easy walk to Windsor castle. The breakfast was very good

The water in the shower had no pressure and it took a long time to shower.
