Considering the price it isn’t bad, but it doesn’t really meet expectations as a 3 star hotel.

The hotel itself wasn’t bad, but I wouldn’t call it a 3 star hotel. The well working airconditioner was the only plus.

Cons:

There were a serious ant problem in the hotel. There were hundreds of ants wondering around my room. The only thing the staff did for the problem was that they ”cleaned” them off. That just won’t solve the issue which isn’t suitable for so called 3 star hotel. The soundproofing in the room was very poor aswell. The breakfast wasn’t great either and there were a lot of ants wondering in the breakfast table where the food is served.

Bohužel bychom se sem znovu nevrátili a hotel nemůžeme doporučit.
Pros:

Skvělý a ochotný personál na recepci a na snídanich. Není se každý den ručníky.

Cons:

Fotografie na internetu vůbec neodpovídají skutečnosti. Očekávali jsme příjemný a udržovaný hotel, ale realita byla úplně jiná. Nábytek je velmi starý, na stěnách jsou viditelné nečistoty, na mnoha místech rez a celkově pokoj působil zanedbaně.

Nejprve jsme dostali pokoj č. 101. Když jsme ho viděli, byli jsme velmi zklamaní – byl extrémně malý, starý a neudržovaný. Požádali jsme proto na recepci o jiný pokoj. Bylo nám řečeno, že je volný už jen pokoj č. 100. Ten byl sice o něco větší, ale stav pokoje byl bohužel stejný.

Pokoj č. 100 se nachází hned vedle recepce a kuchyně. Před nastěhováním jsme se výslovně ptali, zda nebude slyšet hluk. Recepční nás ujistil, že pokoje jsou tiché a nic neuslyšíme. Opak byl ale pravdou. Bylo slyšet naprosto všechno – každý krok na schodech, rozhovory hostů i personálu, kufry a další hluk. Spánek byl kvůli tomu velmi nepříjemný.

Další nedostatky:

- žaluzie/závěsy špatně fungovaly a nezajistily dostatečné zatemnění,
- v koupelně se objevovali mravenci,
- sprchový kout byl špinavý,
- na mnoha místech byla rez,
- stěny byly velmi špinavé,
- nábytek byl starý a opotřebovaný,
- v pokoji bylo velmi málo prostoru na uložení oblečení a police ve skříni byla umístěná tak vysoko, že byla téměř nepoužitelná.

Celkově hotel působí dojmem, že už dlouhou dobu neprošel žádnou rekonstrukcí ani pořádnou údržbou. Za cenu ubytování jsme očekávali výrazně lepší kvalitu. Bohužel bychom se sem znovu nevrátili a hotel nemůžeme doporučit.

Pros:

Wspaniała obsługa, bardzo miła. Szczególne podziękowania dla Pani z kuchni, która pozwoliła nam zjeść przed godzinami otwarcia stołówki. Hotel prezentuje bardzo dobry stosunek jakości do ceny. Sprzęty nie są nowe ale są czyste.

Doar in cazul in care nu aveți alte variante

Ceea ce mi-a plăcut a fost doar băiatul de la recepție. A fost foarte amabil.

Cons:

Cel mai neplăcut a fost faptul ca am gasit furnici in cameră. Aerul condiționat scotea niște sunete ciudate.

מזגן נוזל, מיטה לא נוחה, זרם חלש מאוד במקלחת.
