Stunning architecture inside and out. Very pleasant and helpful staff. Excellent water pressure and shower hose , over bath, hand held if needed.

チェックイン前（14：00）に女性スタッフと会話をしてチェックイン（15：00）を待っていたが、後から来た宿泊者が優先的に名前を呼ばれて15分前からチェックインをしていた。私の名前を呼ばれるか待っていたが呼ばれることはなく、15：00過ぎにチェックインを自らおこなった。イマイチ、ルールが不明だが優先的ルール（プラス料金）があったのか？
気分が悪かった。

Really cool architecture and design. Massive room with awesome city/port views. Spa was great. Pool and gym were very good for a hotel and the gym staff were helpful.
