Location
9.5
Consistently praised: described as in-town, safe, easy to access and close to shops — strong positive sentiment for location.
Room Quality

Multiple complaints about outdated rooms, blocked shower drains, TVs not working, very small showers, missing toilet doors, mold and recent poor workmanship — overall poor room condition.

7.5
Mixed: positives include Smart TV, braai/open back area and adequate space in some units; negatives include occasional lack of hot water and cramped kitchen/dining for larger groups.

Pros:

The room was not at my expectation. When you take a shower the water flows into the bed room.

It was just an average stay.
Pros:

Only the beds were comfortable.
Water was always hot.
WiFi works good.

Cons:

The property is not clean.
They do not provide enough towels per room.. The one towel you used in the evening when you bath, you had to use it again in the morning. Their windows aren't clean and bathrooms don't have windows. Wen u bath the whole house becomes steamy.. No toilet spray or even hand wash😩

Overall, my stay was pleasant , but the poor breakfast and dirty pool affected the experience
Pros:

The room was nice, clean and comfortable, and i was happy with the accommodation overall. however, the breakfast was disappointing and could definitely be improved. the pool was dirty too maybe due to the windy weather.

Cons:

breakfast was disappointing with limited options and poor quality. the pool was also dirty which took the overall experience. expand the breakfast a bit

Good location
