お得に泊まれて良かった
Pros:

すぐ旧市街に歩けて便利でした。プールも良かったです。窓なしで心配しましたが、全然大丈夫でした。お得に泊まれて嬉しいです。また来ますq

My son left his phone on a taxi, and the staff helped to connect to the taxi driver and could find the phone back

Great location in old town Hoi An, easy to walk around to shops, cafes, restaurants etc. Good pool with a shallow end that's good for kids.
The included breakfast was basic but nice.
The airport transfer they arranged for us was cheaper than using Grab and had great service.
Fast and affordable laundry service.
The room was clean and comfortable.

Cons:

Our room was a little different to what we had expected, though it was hard to know the layout etc from the few photos of the room type. The room had two large beds and a small couch in the living area. There was a third bed on a loft up some very steep steps. The description said there was a balcony with garden views, however there was no balcony. We had a window with street views and a window from the loft bed looked out to the pool but was obscured by a pile of stuff outside. We were happy with the room so didn't bring it up but looking back at the description it doesn't quite match up.

Está bien ubicado, muy cerca del centro. Las habitaciones están bien. La ducha antigua y un poco sucia. El personal muy amable y atento. Hay servicio de lavandería y lo dejaron impecable.

Cons:

Estuvimos 3 noches. No nos limpiaron las habitaciones ningún día, no hubo ni cambio de toallas, estuvimos con las mismas toallas desde que llegamos. Además de eso, no nos dejaron ni papel del baño, tuvimos que comprar nosotras y utilizar del nuestro.No ofrecían toallas para la piscina. Nos hicieron pagar una tasa porque las mantas de la habitación se mancharon de regla y dijeron que esas mantas se tenían que llevar a limpiar a otro lado. Bastante precario el servicio de limpieza.

Die Hilfsbereitschaft des Personals, insbesondere der Rezeption.
Die kurzen Wege in die Altstadt, welche problemlos zu Fuß zu bewältigen waren.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming and the location was excellent.

Cons:

The cleanliness of the room was poor, there was hair all over the bathroom floor, and pubic hair on the bathroom walls on available, the toilet paper was wet. No room turn down, so had to ask for towels. Bed linen didn’t fit the bed so sheets just ended up in a pile, and there was no mattress protector.
