Overall, I enjoyed my stay and found the hotel comfortable, clean, and good value for money.

Pool cleanliness/ Room Bathroom well cleaned / friendly Staff/ a good Breakfast

Cons:

Kitchen area dirty on table. Spoons and plates are not much cleaned.

The pool depth change was hard to see underwater and caused a minor leg injury. Better markings would improve safety.

Very good experience
Pros:

One of the nicest places we have stayed in Vietnam. Very clean rooms, the reception staff couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly. There was options to have our laundry done which we did and the service was very good. The pool area was nice. Location was really good. Just a few minutes walk away from the main area in the old town. Would reccomend this place for anyone thinking of staying.
