Tired
Pros:

Proximity to rail stations

Cons:

Noise especially after requesting quiet room. We were put in a front facing corner room on the main rd opposite a regular salsa event blaring music till 11.30pm. Poor state of repairs to bathroom cracked tiles, rotting timber in shower area and messy amateur siliconing to joins, faded curtains, layout of furniture preventing easy access to storage space. Drab and unloved feel to the whole room.

Better than expected
Pros:

After reading the reviews I was worried! However it was not that bad. Room was a bit tired but clean and I only stayed 1 night so it was fine. Beds basic but clean. Bathroom definitely needed some maintenance with the floor tiles but again it was clean so I could put up with it for 1 night. All in all better than I expected

Pros:

Easy location, clean and luggage storage.

Cons:

Strong cleaning smell and hot, was hard to get Aircon going and window open.

Disappointing for a such a centrally placed location in London. Not a good image for standard of central London hotels a

It is very close to rail, underground and Eurostar. Smooth check in and helpful cleaning staff.

Cons:

We stayed in a second floor room. It was badly maintained; dirty carpets in the corridors, broken tiles in the bathroom with water leaking from underneath, loose skirting board in the room, holes in the plaster, water seeping from floor boards, so that we had to use towels.

The Kings Cross is a convenient place to stay.
Pros:

The Kings Cross Inn Hotel provided a warm and pleasant stay. The staff answered any questions that we had and will assist you 24 hours per day. The room has a refrigerator and was comfortable. The location is in the heart of London and directly across from the train station. The location also has many restaurants and sights to see.
