Location to railway.
Clean laminate floors.
The entrance could be more inviting.
Hall and stairs in need of update/overhall.
Very close to St Pancras
Location was great for what we needed. We were right next to kingscross subway. So ideal for getting to Wembley. And walking distance for bars
The room was a box, the floor was damaged, they must have had a bit of flood from bathroom.
The beds were like camp beds and no milks with my coffee. The room was clean though. Also had to go to another place for breakfast, so we just went to Camden town instead.
Very close to Kings Cross and St Pancras. They stored our luggage for the day until we could check in and the staff were absolutely lovely.
It was a tad bit run down (the lobby/restaurant bathroom had cabinets off the hinges) but honestly not bad.
Location was good
The room i was given was in basement that was a pain to get to walking up and down stairs to get to it and the bathroom cupboard was rotted and hanging off and the shower was small
قريب من المحطة ودورة المياه جيدة
الاطلالة غير جيدة ، المكيف لا يعمل بالشكل المطلوب
Location was the deal breaker. Easy to get to by train then on foot. Whilst there the tube was easy and everything very close by. The cost compared to other hotels meant it was a good find but it’s not my usual standard for places to stay. Very basic. But for London just as a base to sleep it’s a good spot.
There’s no breakfast at the hotel. Hall ways were dirty. Whole place needs updating. Air con was so noisy couldn’t leave it on at night. No slip mat in the shower.
King’s Cross as an area in the evenings feels unsafe.
Great location
- unclean and worn down
- broken fittings
- uncomfortable beds
- found staff unhelpful
- hotel pictures deceiving
Close proximity to the international train station, which is the reason I booked
The bathroom had been updated which was the best part otherwise I would have asked to be moved.
The room was like a basement room, there was enough room for the bed and to walk to the bathroom and turn on lights. The window and glass door (weird to have a second door that led nowhere, just made it unsafe)
Bags couldn’t fit, the only spot being right on the door which made the exit almost inaccessible
The room was no more than a 1 or 2 star rating. Dreadful
Easy to get to Eurostar
Photos are misleading
The hotel is in need of a full refurbishment… laminate floor in bedroom, appeared water damaged around edges of each plank, edges were black. Stair rails held together by black tape, damp patches in bedroom, corner of ceiling tile propped up with folded paper or some other material, cracked floor tile in bathroom, very noisy AC unit … sounded liked a waterfalll through the night, way too hot without AC turned on. Shabby decor. Very uncomfortable bed… lumpy mattress, leading to no sleep.
Unhelpful staff … no customer care … even though there was a large poster in reception promoting “Customer Care”
Proximity to Kings X station
Had to change rooms. New room had broken glass window and was noisy until 2am
Location
The room was in awful condition curtains hanging off rail - literally metal beds not even a gap between them
