テレビがつかなくてフロントに電話を、したらすぐ対応してくれたこと

Pros:

清潔で館内も静かで良かったです。

Pros:

部屋が広い

Cons:

とにかく水廻りが狭い　トイレと浴槽の間は5㎝さらにその横の洗面台との隙間はあるのか？
ツインの部屋でこの狭さ　部屋の広さと反比例
ウォーターサーバーも無いし　電気ケトルも年代物

スタッフ対応が良い！
Pros:

スタッフの対応がとても良かった。子供のタオルや歯ブラシの有無も気にしてくださったのが、1番嬉しい対応でした。

Cons:

客室のトイレに入ろうとしたら、便座に乾いた汚れが着いており…ショックでした。

札幌市内は何処も彼処もトップシーズンには行きたくないです
