I like the services, everything were served in the room.

Cons:

Rooms were not value for money. They gave us very cheap room room however when we reaised voise for that then they changes it bit still I was not setisfied with the room.

It's very nice location to enjoy the surrounding and comfort to visit nearby places.

Stay denied giving us stay and we were stranded in the middle of the evening
The manager said it was auto cancelled but it wasn't and he just didn't gave us the room and wanted us to pay 50% extra for the same room. Gave it to another person in front of us.
I reached out to booking.com customer care number but they did not connected me with anyone at the time. Such a disrespectful and humiliating situation this has put me in at the time. Never booking any other room from site where the hotels deny the booking at the face and tell lies that they have reached out

Tits a great place to stay in Gurgaon , and can be compared to star hotels too
Pros:

Awesome facility, very polite and friendly staff , especially Deepak Reception manager was brilliant in making the experience amazing. Its just next to tha super market and lots of shops around .. also very centrally located.

Cons:

Nothing as such. Although my stay was a bit short still there was no issues.
