It was pretty ordinary, and the room was very small looking out at a concrete wall.
Pros:

The location was not too bad. the pool was ok. Price wise cheap, I suppose you get what you pay for.

Cons:

The room was small. The toilet paper and coffe wasn't attended to. There were no sun loungers at the pool.

My stay at The Exchange Regency Hotel
Pros:

I had a pleasant stay at The Exchange Regency Residence Hotel. The amenities were really convenient — I liked that they have a swimming pool, gym, and even a mini-golf area, which makes the stay more enjoyable. The view from the higher floors is nice, especially at night when you can see the city lights of Ortigas.

What I liked most is the location. It’s right in Ortigas Center, so malls like SM Megamall and Robinsons Galleria are just a short walk away. Overall, it’s a good choice if you want comfort, accessibility, and a relaxing stay in the city.
