Cons:

Beskidt overalt. Larveæg, beskidt sengetøj lige meget hvor mange gange de skiftede det. Larm fra andre gæster fordi de har en ny bygning som de ikke regulerede. Rengøring bankede og kom hele tiden ind selvom man sætter “do not disturb” skilt på døren. AC og køleskab i stykker. Toilettet var utæt så det var konstant vådt.

Wouldn’t return. Staff not welcoming or helpful. Outwith rooms, the hotel lacks cleanliness.

Clean bright room

Cons:

Pool area and pool was very dirty. The gym was a mess and had lots of suitcases stored in it. Both were nothing like the pictures suggested.

Pros:

Nothing. The photos are not reflecting the state of the property

Cons:

It is dirty. Not like the photos, no possible to have an extra cushion. No possible to have an extra key. The gym is dated and not like the photos.

I would not stay again
Pros:

The location was the only thing good about the hotel. The room and furniture were terrible. Breakfast also was very poor

Cons:

We have stayed for the same price point places in vietnam and this is the only place we have been disappointed in. Bed and chairs were hard and old and linens were as well. Only two pillows for a king bed which was two doubles side by side. Staff were not helpful as they typically are in vietnam and breakfast had a small and poor quality selection. Bathroom also smelled of sewage
