Excellent hotel in a great location. The hotel rep Hong went above and beyond to help us feel extra welcome for our stay. She assisted organising a car to Ba Na Hills at a very good price and was able to communicate with a Tailor in Hoi An to ensure the safe delivery of a pair of shoes we ordered and delivered to the hotel.

Cons:

Notre chambre était située près d’un ascenseur qui émettait un son à chaque fois qu’il s’arrête à un étage (même autre que celui où on se trouvait) donc on avait ce bruit en continu

Hong was very good employee. She helped us move room when it was not very good the first time.

Cons:

Unfortunately our first room looked nothing like the photos, we had to stay in it for 1 night but Hong helped us move into a different room afterwards
