Perfect hotel to explore the city. Wonderful stay
Pros:

Very clean, quiet and comfortable room. Hotel staff were wonderful. Breakfast buffet was really good (the best one I've had while in Japan). Transportation, shopping and restaurants near by.

직원 불친절 최고 문의사항은 알아서 해결할것
Pros:

위치가 로프트 유니클로 이온몰 가까워서 좋고 호텔 바로 앞에 드럭스토어도 있음. 지하로 가면 덥지 않게 이와타야까지 갈수있음. 조식도 일본향 음식 특유의향이 많이 나지 않아서 어른들 모시고 가기도 좋았음. 방에 창문이 열리는게 최대 장점인 호텔임. 전에는 화장실 냄새도 안났었고 친절은 아니지만 불친절 하지도 않아서 그동안 자주 이용했음.

Cons:

텐진 오리엔탈만 최소 4번은 간거 같은데. 이번은 최악 이었음. 화장실 샤워커튼에서 쉰내가 엄청남 의자 밑 카페트는 청소를 한번도 하지 않은거 같음 색이 다르게 더러움.
그리고 노란 탈색머리 마른체형 여직원이 너무 불친절하고 짜증을 내서 다신 이용하지 않을거임.
친절할 필요는 없어도 무시를 당하려고 이 호텔을 이용하는건 아닌데 이유는 모르겠지만 짐 맡기고 찾을때 인상을 엄청 쓰면서 짜증냄. 2시까지 찾으러 오라고 해서 저녁 비행기라 5시까지만 봐주면 안되냐고 하니 안된다고 눈으로 욕을함. 똑같은 질문을 여러번 들어서 짜증나는건 알겠으나 손님은 모를수 있음 억지를 쓴것도 아니고 질문 한번에 그렇게 짜증낼 이유는 없을거 같음. 전에 비번걸어 쓰는 락커가 있던기 생각나서 물어보니 거기는 보관해도 된다함. 미리 야기도 해주거나 안내도 안해줌. 그냥 알면 쓰고 모르면 2시부터 캐리어 끌고 다녀야함. 의무는 아니지만 호텔은 손님을 도와주거나 서비스 내용에 대해 안내정도는 해줄수 있는거 아님??? 그리고 짐 찾으러 갔더니 인상쓰면서 캐리어줌. 다시 말하지만 5시까지만 안되겠냐고 1번 물어봤음. 그리고 당황해서 어버버 하다 락커 생각나서 물어보니 그 또한 옴청 짜증내면서 대답만 했음. 손님을 우습게 아는 호텔은 다신 이용안할거임. 서비스 교육 따윈 안하나봄.

位子方便，附近有便利商店及藥妝店，離地下街近，
從西1口旁邊電梯上樓約3分鐘即可到達飯店

Cons:

1、廁所仍有異味，雖然入住前以有回覆會加強清潔，但該味道無法排除。
2、早餐普通且重複，吃粗飽。
3、備品僅有牙刷、棉花棒、搓澡巾、髮帶。
4、床墊偏軟

本來14平方尺的房間太小 飯店願意讓我補價差換到18平方尺的房間 服務人員很有耐性 還帶我看過新房間 之後才確定要換房間
服務人員都很有禮貌 英文也能通
轉角房住起來很舒服 床跟棉被都很舒服 房間有自然光線很棒

Cons:

14平方尺的房間洗臉槽太小 洗臉時水很容易灑出來 有電水壺但是沒有牆上有插座的桌面可以燒水
