I will always come back to Coach House as is like a second home to me.
Pros:

It is really the most awesome location for a hotel! I really enjoy the heritage aspect of it and the fact that they are looking after it so well!

Cons:

I think more emphasis is required on maintenance if the main building as well as the grounds & gardens

Excelent customer service, friendly staff, what a beuatifull view, great location. We just love the place, will go back and back again...can not wait for my next visit. I didn’t like that most of the things like indoor pool is no longer working , they are still using old furnitures , the breakfast included was bad

Enjoyed but also concerned re maintenance of such a special place.
Pros:

The room size, comfort and location was excellent.
Good staff at reception and also in the bar and dining room.
We enjoyed our stay.

Cons:

the hotel is looking a bit tired and needs attention to detail maintenance. Plenty areas need repairing, especially the timber woodwork in the ceiling areas. There are a number of areas that require painting. The hotel needs a good spruce up.
