Un’esperienza davvero rilassante
Pros:

La stanza era molto bella, accogliente e spaziosa.
La struttura era molto pulita e lo staff era gentile e accogliente.
La posizione è molto comoda per raggiungere il centro della città dove ci sono vari negozietti e bar/ristoranti facendo una bella passeggiata con vista montagne.

Cons:

Più che critica volevo consigliare che sarebbe bello integrare anche uno spazio dedicato agli sportivi con una piccola palestra.
Una cosa che invece non mi è piaciuta è stato quando alla prima sera per la cena ci hanno detto che c’erano poche persone e quindi ci hanno fatto trovare un piattino di antipasto a tavola invece del buffet che abbiamo trovato invece la sera dopo, ovviamente comprendo il discorso sprechi, però sarebbe stato carino innanzitutto avvisarci prima, secondariamente chiederci cosa volevamo come antipasto dato che la scelta era abbastanza varia e hanno scelto loro per noi 3/4 cose da presentarci.

Pros:

The view from our room was fantastic, and the staff were very pleasant and helpful.

Cons:

When we first arrived, we were not able to access the room we were assigned to as the key card system was broken. We were given a manual lock key to use instead but discovered when we got into the room that the mini fridge didn't work. The front desk staff moved us to a different room, which was better, however, the safe didn't work so we weren't able to use it. The beds were extremely uncomfortable. The mattress and pillows were hard, and the duvet cover was hard and scratchy. The room was unbearably hot and there was no way to adjust the temperature. We stayed 4 nights and left completely exhausted because we were unable to get a good night's sleep. The website is definitely an overpromise.

Weekend in famiglia
Pros:

Eravamo gia stati anni fa in questo hotel e ad oggi ci siamo trovati bene come la prima volta.
Posizione perfetta, struttura pulita, personale accogliente.
Lo consiglio soprattutto a chi ha dei bimbi. Noi ne abbiamo due piccolini e sono stati davvero felicissimi e sereni.
Buffet colazione e cena devo dire ottimo!!
Camera grande e sempre pulita. Attenti ad ogni cosa.
Torneremo sicuramente.

A Stay That Had Everything I Needed
Pros:

Great stay—this hotel truly checked all the boxes. Friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms, excellent location, and top-notch service throughout. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.
