Komfortabel und angenehm
Pros:

Es war ein rundum schöner Aufenthalt in dem modernen und komfortablen Hotel. Besonders der Pool verdient eine Hervorhebung. Auch die Zimmer sind modern und bieten hohen Standard. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Cons:

Die Tiefgaragenstellplätze waren nicht besonders breit im Vergleich zu öffentlichen Parkhäusern. Vor allem aber gilt dasselbe für das Doppelbett im Zimmer. Hier ist auch die Länge zu nennen. Aber letztendlich war das kein riesiges Problem. Die Mitarbeiterinnen begegneten uns sehr freundlich (bis auf eine kleine Ausnahme, als wir ziemlich streng gefragt wurden, ob wir überhaupt im Hotel wohnen, als wir den Fitnessraum nutzen wollten).

One-nighter in Lugano
Pros:

Only spent a night here so I did not check out the gym. Location was about a 20 minute walk from the lakefront & attractions. The immediate vicinity of the hotel did not have anything entertaining or scenic.

Room size was generous & bed was comfortable. The shower was in a tub with a high step-up & it took awhile to figure out the dials for hot/cold water and rain/handheld shower. Usual amenities but no iron

Heard some noises at different times during the night from other guests, which made me think of poor insulation...?

Bar & restaurant area was welcoming; breakfast buffet was just adequate. Kudos to the friendly & amusing staff

Cons:

Ich habe 2x versucht auf der Homepage vom Novotel ein Zimmer zu buchen. Bei der Zahlung kam dann die Meldung, dass diese Kategorie von Zimmer ausgebucht sei. beim 3. Versuch habe ich auf booking.com meine Buchung getätigt. Schade.

لايوجد خدمه نقل الحقائب غلاية الماء غير نظيفه ابدا وطلبنا تنظيفها او احضار ماء ساخن لم تكن تتوفر خدمة روم سيرفس في هذا الوقت واضطررت انزل للوبي اجيب ماء ساحن في وقت متاخر كانو متعاونين للامانه ولكن لايوجد روم سيرفس مساءً
