Un hôtel pratique pour un court séjour
Pros:

L'hôtel dispose d'une piscine en rooftop très agréable pour se détendre après une journée d'exploration de la ville. L'intérieur de l'hôtel est moderne et plutôt bien décoré, les quelques espaces de détente en commun sont appréciables.

Cons:

La chambre manque cruellement de certains équipements qui sont aujourd'hui des standards dans les chambres d'hôtels tel qu'une machine à café ou une bouilloire (surtout quand la machine à café dans le hall décide d'être en panne). On regrette aussi une climatisation assez peu fonctionnelle et le manque de VMC dans la salle de bain qui laisse la chambre avec une forte odeur d'humidité très désagréable, surtout lorsqu'il est impossible d'ouvrir la fenêtre en raison de la canicule.

Selon la période, si des événements se passent à côté de l'hôtel (concerts), cela peut être très bruyant. Enfin, la vue des chambres d'hôtel est très aléatoire, nous sommes très mal tombés.

De receptionisten waren heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Zij verdienen van mij een 11 op 10!

De rest van het personeel was het tegenovergestelde´ De woorden behulpzaam en gastvrijheid hadden ze nog nooit van gehoord, denk ik!
Ontbijt zeer beperkt en een spiegelei bakken was onmogelijk maar koude geklutste eieren geve, dat lukte wel.

Airco werkt amper.
Geen ijskast op de kamer.

Extra taksen bovenop de afgesproken prijs. Deze waren niet vermeld in de boeking.

Zwembad is zeer klein. 1m breed op 5m lengte. 90cm diep. Zwemmen is dus geen optie. View is wel adembenemend. Dus voor op social media likes te behalen, lukt nog wel... als je AI gebruikt om al het volk naast je te wissen.

Localização e atendimento do front desk.

Cons:

O horário de entrada no hotel era 15:00. Chegamos bem cedo, cerca de 9:30, e, como esperado, os quartos (5, para nossa família toda, 11 pessoas) ainda não estavam prontos. Fomos informados de que às 15:00 estariam todos prontos para nós ocuparmos. Voltamos às 15:00, e não havia nenhum quarto pronto. Só às 15:15, o primeiro foi disponibilizado. O nosso, 807, ficou pronto às 15:30. Em suma, nenhum dos 5 quartos estava pronto às 15:00, o que interferiu negativamente em nossa programação, ainda mais que era o dia da final da Copa do Mundo. Ressalte-se a atuação profissional e proativa das funcionárias Francesca e Cristina que fizeram de tudo para nos atender bem. E, é claro, não tinham responsabilidade ou culpa alguma pelo atraso na entrega do apartamentos.
