Toller Aufenthalt im Kopernikus Hotel Prag in Belgrad 🇷🇸
Pros:

Sehr nettes und bemühtes Personal.
Das Zimmer war sehr sauber.
Sehr bequeme Matratze und Kissen.
Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr gut. Für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. 😊

Отличный отель по отличной цене
Pros:

Отличный отель, удобное месторасположение, приятный интерьер. В номере было всё необходимое, очень хороший шведский стол. Отдельно хочу отменить персонал - и в ресторане, и на ресепшене все были очень дружелюбны.

Konumu iyi, kahvaltısı idare ederdi. Fiyatına göre kalınabilir.

Cons:

Odalar eski ve yerdeki halıfleks temiz değildi. Odada eski bir koku vardı. Kahvaltıdaki yiyecekler bana hitap etmedi. Kahvesi kötüydü.

It was good. Only the carpet made the place look dirty. The corridors, the stairs and the rooms.
Pros:

The breakfast was nice. More variety on the protein meals would be an added advantage

Cons:

The carpets in the common areas and the rooms looked stained (dirty). The carpets need some bleaching or deep cleaning. Dry cleaning is not enough for these.

Sessiz ve konforlu bir otel, ancak bazı konularda gelişime ihtiyaç var.
Pros:

Kahvaltı beklentimin üzerindeydi; her sabah memnun kalarak kahvaltı yaptım. Odam (410 numaralı) tek kişi için ideal büyüklükteydi ve eşyalarımı yerleştirebileceğim yeterli saklama alanı vardı. Banyo temiz ve kullanışlıydı, her gün rahatça duş alabildim. Asansör sorunsuz çalışıyordu. Otelin konumu da çok güzeldi. Ana caddenin hemen bir alt sokağında bulunduğu için merkeze yürüyerek kolayca ulaşabiliyordum, ancak geceleri oldukça sessizdi ve gürültü sorunu yaşamadım.

Breakfast exceeded my expectations; I enjoyed breakfast every morning. My room (room 410) was the ideal size for a single person and had enough storage space for my belongings. The bathroom was clean and functional, and I was able to shower comfortably every day. The elevator worked without any problems. The hotel's location was also excellent. Being just one street off the main road, I could easily reach the center on foot, but it was quite quiet at night, and I didn't experience any noise issues.

Cons:

Odada terlik bulunmuyordu. En büyük sorun sivrisineklerdi; odada Raid benzeri bir sinek ilacı olmadan kalmak oldukça zor. Konaklamam boyunca sivrisinekler nedeniyle çok rahatsız oldum. Ayrıca yatağın hemen üzerindeki havalandırma menfezinin içi toz doluydu ve zaman zaman toz dökülüyordu; temizlenmesi gerekiyordu. Odada bir gece lambası olsaydı daha iyi olurdu, çünkü tüm ışıkları kapattığınızda oda tamamen karanlık kalıyor. Banyoda ise ışığı açınca havalandırma otomatik olarak devreye giriyor ve oldukça gürültülü çalışıyor. Girişte ödemenin ya Sırp dinarı nakit ya da kredi kartıyla hemen yapılması konusunda ısrar edildi. Yanımda dinar olmadığı için kartla ödeme yapmak zorunda kaldım ve bankam komisyon kesti. Yaklaşık 10 dakika içinde döviz bozdurup geri gelebileceğimi söylememe rağmen, bu önerim kabul edilmedi. Bu konuda biraz daha anlayışlı davranılabilirdi.

There were no slippers in the room. The biggest problem was the mosquitoes; it was quite difficult to stay in the room without a mosquito repellent like Raid. I was very uncomfortable with mosquitoes throughout my stay. Also, the ventilation vent directly above the bed was full of dust, and dust kept falling out; it needed cleaning. It would have been better if there had been a nightlight in the room, because when you turn off all the lights, the room is completely dark. In the bathroom, when you turn on the light, the ventilation automatically activates and is quite noisy. Upon arrival, they insisted on payment in cash or by credit card, immediately. Since I didn't have dinars with me, I had to pay by card, and my bank deducted a commission. Although I said I could exchange currency and come back in about 10 minutes, this suggestion was not accepted. They could have been a little more understanding in this matter.

Pros:

The location is excellent. A lot of the sights are walkable from here and the hotel is close to a bus hub (one going right to the airport - No. 72), restaurants and street food outlets. The trendy eateries and shopping street/Republic Square is just up the hill.

The room was cosy but very comfortable and the AC was good.

The staff were all very pleasant and welcoming.

The TV also had a number of English speaking channels if you wanted to relax.

Cons:

My short trip to Belgrade ran pretty smoothly so can't say there was anything about the property I didn't like.

Pros:

Хорошее расположение, отзывчивый персонал, неплохие завтраки, всегда работает ресторан внутри отеля, уборка и смена полотенец каждый день!

Cons:

Отель немного уставший, в номерах затхло и плохо работает кондиционер.
