Great location and friendly staff, but the room itself felt tired and below 4-star standard.
Pros:

Good central location — easy to walk in different directions and reach various parts of the city on foot. There was also a convenient shop nearby. Breakfast was good. The staff was friendly and helpful overall.

Cons:

The room looked noticeably worn and didn't match the photos on the listing — the light fixtures were visibly loose, and there weren't enough power outlets.
I had booked a double bed but was placed in a room with two separate beds. When I asked to be moved, I was told they would simply push the two beds together. I agreed, but it was obviously uncomfortable, and the mattresses themselves were sagging and tired.
The in-room amenities also felt below what I'd expect from a 4-star hotel: no slippers, no basic toiletry kit (I had to request a toothbrush at reception), and bottled water was charged for rather than offered as a complimentary touch.

I have never experienced such rude behavior anywhere as I did in your hotel!

This morning, after breakfast, I took a cup of coffee to drink on the terrace, but your receptionist or waiter spoke to me in an aggressive and rude manner. He aggressively demanded that I leave and forbade me from sitting on a chair. He said that I could only drink my coffee while standing near the entrance.

In this hotel, they have clearly never heard not only of customer focus, but even of basic respect for guests.

There was a lot of dust on the ventilation, which is dangerous for health.

The drain in the bathroom was terribly clogged. It was impossible to stand there for more than a couple of minutes.

Classic and clean hotel stay in central Belgrade, close to transportation and excellent breakfast!
Pros:

Super central location, quiet hotel with a perfectly sized single room. Very clean, great house keeping staff and excellent amenities for a good value. Perfect for a solo traveler. A huge selection of tv channels with lots of great movies too. Used their laundry service and it was very fast and not bad value. Amazing breakfast too! Will definitely come back

Cons:

Was there during a heatwave and had some difficulty last day with the temperature of the room, some outlets are old yugo style but not a problem

Pros:

Хотелът е с много добра локация, всички основни забележителности са на пешеходно разстояние. Стаите са с добро разпределение, просторна баня, удобно легло, много чист и поддържан хотел. Персонала е много любезен, отзивчив. Закуската беше разнообразна и вкусна. Бяхме група от 5 семейства, с радост бихме отседнали в хотела отново.
