Pros:

L'un des meilleurs séjours dans un 4* jusqu'à présent.
(Pour les voyageuses solo : vous êtes dans un domaine safe++)
Parking sur place très appréciable, à 15 min en voiture du port/centre-ville de st raphael.
Possibilité de balade en dehors de l'hôtel, beaucoup de verdure
Petite zone commercial à 5 min de l'hôtel en voiture
Belle chambre spacieuse avec balcon, vue très agréable sur la pinède
Mini frigo dans la chambre + fontaine eau fraiche à la réception
Personnel agrèable. Belle piscine avec beaucoup de transat, espaces ombragés.
Bar et restaurant ++
Très beau Spa, bien équipé
Tout ce qu il faut pour passer un séjour confortable
Je recommanderai et reviendrai avec plaisir

Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would happily come back. The location is peaceful, quiet, and surrounded by beautiful scenery. It's a little further from the coast, but with a car that's not a problem at all.

The restaurant was the highlight of our stay. With the half-board option, you can choose three courses from a different daily menu every evening, or order from the à la carte menu for an additional charge. The daily menu was exceptional—every dinner felt like a fine dining experience. The food was consistently delicious, breakfast was excellent, and the bar served great drinks and wines.

The staff were friendly and welcoming, the room was cleaned daily, the air conditioning worked perfectly (which was a lifesaver in the summer heat), and the bed was huge and very comfortable. We didn't get to try the spa because the weather was too hot, but everything else exceeded our expectations.

Cons:

The hotel could benefit from some renovation, as the furniture and some facilities feel a little dated. Everything was functional, but it didn't quite match the standard you'd expect from a 4-star hotel.

The pool area also looked a bit tired and didn't have enough sun umbrellas. The pool is quite deep throughout, so there isn't a shallow area where you can stand, which meant many guests ended up gathering near the steps.

On Friday and Saturday, the restaurant became very busy. At breakfast, some items weren't always refilled promptly, and dinner service was noticeably slower because the staff were handling a full restaurant. We waited over 90 minutes for our main course one evening. Despite this, the food quality was outstanding and well worth mentioning.

The only other downside was having to pay for parking. As the hotel is only really accessible by car and the parking is on the hotel's own property, complimentary parking would have been appreciated.

Pros:

the swimming pools were great and rooms had a nice cool Air conditioning, beds were very spacious.

Cons:

• After days of trying to get a reservation for the restaurant finally got one, and my chicken was uncooked I mean raw and they even admitted it wasn’t cooked. They did apologise but after that I was completely put off I feel like they could have been more apologetic which two waiters were but one women wasn’t.
• Towels when we checked in we wasn’t told anything about pool towels. ( after about 4 days we found out) also they reception lady said to us we were going to be charged because apparently we hadn’t been bringing them back when we clearly didn’t know the rules as we wasnt told.
• Parking was €5 per day. I think should be included with your stay.

These are the only things I can personally say wasnt great, but all in all our stay was nice( laura in the spa gave us a lovely massage and Jerome bar staff was amazing with us and helped us with communication in English.

Im Allgemeinen war alles top. Hatten Glück dass es noch nicht soviele Besucher hatte. Ausser am Wochende.

Bon séjour, reposant et agréable même si certains points méritent une amélioration.

Le Calme, la literie, le lieu et le cadre de l’établissement, le restauration et le petit-déjeuner extraordinaire.

Cons:

L’attente à la réception avec 3 personnes présentes, la piscine et les transats vieillissants, la chambre vieillissante également… peu d’amélioration depuis notre dernier passage.
